«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Սուրմալու» առեւտրի կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած աղետի ֆոնին իշխանական շատ գործիչներ, կարծես թե, անձնական փիար են կառուցում. մեկը մաքրամաքուր կոշիկներով լուսանկար է հրապարակում, թե անդադար աշխատում են, մյուսը, ձեռքերը երկարացրած, ցուցումներ է տալիս ու ծխահարվում եւ այլն: Բայց ամեատպավորիչը Երեւանի ինքնահռչակ քաղաքապետի, ավելի ճիշտ՝ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Տիգրան Ավինյանի հայտնությունն էր դեպքի վայրում: Նա առիթը բաց չթողեց գովազդ անելու եւ հայտարարեց, թե «Սուրմալու»-ի տարածքում է որպես «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու։ Այս իրողությունն ու հայտարարությունն արդեն խնդրահարույց են:

Ինչու՞. բացատրենք: Նախ՝ դեռ պաշտոնապես ոչ ոք չի հայտնել Երեւանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների մասին, իսկ հերթական ընտրություններն էլ հաջորդ տարի են լինելու: Թեկնածու լինելու համար դեռ շատ ժամանակ կա: Մյուս հանգամանքը՝ Ավինյանն իրեն չի կարող հռչակել ամբողջ ՔՊ-ի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու, քանի որ, «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ կուսակցության վարչության անդամներից նրան ընտրել է միայն կեսը եւ գումարած մեկ ձայն: Բայց տարօրինակն այդ իրավիճակում այն էր, որ Ավինյանին ինչ-որ բաներ էին զեկուցում ԱԻՆ պաշտոնյաները, իսկ դեպքի վայրում նրա հետ միասին գնացել էին Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Սամվել Ղուկասյանը, Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Արամ Ազատյանը եւ երկու վարչական շրջանների աշխատակազմերի մի քանի ներկայացուցիչներ։

Ինչու էին նրանք Ավինյանի հետ այցելել «Սուրմալու»՝ առնվազն տարակուսելի է։ Իսկ ամենահետաքրքիրն այն էր, որ Ավինյանի հետ այնտեղ էր նաեւ Վարագ Սիսեռյանը, որը երկար ժամանակ աշխատել է վերջինիս հետ, սակայն 2020 թվականին տեղի ունեցած 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո՝ նոյեմբերի 16-ին, հայտարարեց ՔՊ-ից դուրս գալու մասին, ապա նաեւ քննադատում էր իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը։ Այնուհետեւ տեղափոխվեց մասնավոր ոլորտ, որը, սակայն, շարունակում էր ստանալ պետության աջակցությունը, իսկ հիմա կրկին Ավինյանի կողքին է՝ փորձելով անձնական վարկանիշը բարձրացնել աղետի ֆոնին
