Օգոստոսի 31-ին Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցավ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Եվրախորհրդի նախագահ Շառլ Միշելի հերթական հանդիպումը։  Անդրադառնալով նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած բանակցություններին, ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է, որ քննարկումը հեշտ չի եղել, իսկ խնդիրների լուծումներն ակնհայտ չեն։ Փաշինյանը նաև վերահաստատել է կառավարության որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը, այն է՝ խաղաղության օրակարգին հավատարիմ մնալը։

«Ակնհայտ է, որ երեկ Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շահերի դեմ հերթական եռակողմ հանդիպումը, և հանդիպման հիմնական օրակարգը եղել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրումը, իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը պետք է փոխադարձ ճանաչեն տարածքային ամբողջականությունը»։

Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ին ասաց ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր, «Անվտանգություն և ժողովրդավարություն» իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ նախագահ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը՝ նշելով, որ Բաքվի համար խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման գլխավոր մոտիվացիան այն է, որ Արցախը ճանաչվի Ադրբեջանի մաս։

«Ակնհայտ է, որ այս դավադիր, հանցագործ իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության պատճառով տերությունները, որոնք իրենց շահերն ունեն մեր տարածաշրջանում, համաձայն են, որ Արցախը ճանաչվի Ադրբեջանի կազմում» ,-նշեց քաղաքական գործիչը։

Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը շեշտեց, որ որևէ դրական սպասելիք չի ունեցել բրյուսելյան հերթական հանդիպումից․

«Ավելին՝ ունեցել եմ վատ կանխատեսում, որ այն լինելու է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի շահերի դեմ հերթական բանակցությունը։ Դրանում համոզվեցի նաև Շառլ Միշելի գրասենյակի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից հետո, որտեղ հստակ նշված է, որ հանդիպման հիմնական օրակարգը խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրում է»։

Ինչ վերաբերվում է Փաշինյանի դիտարկմանը, թե խնդիրների լուծումներն ակնհայտ չեն, Զոհրաբյանի կարծիքով, սպասելի էր, որ վարչապետը նման բառամթերք պիտի օգտագործեր, քանի որ Հայաստանը, Հայաստանի իշխանությունը երկրի ապագայի հետ կապված որևէ որոշում կայացնել ունակ չէ։

«Հայաստանին մատուցվում են պատրաստի որոշումներ, լուծումներ։ Քանի դեռ Փաշինյանն իշխանության է՝ Հայաստանը որպես «դեսերտ» դրված է աշխարհաքաղաքական կենտրոնների սեղանին։ Եվ պարբերաբար ու մշտապես պոկելու են ինչ-որ պատառներ, հաջորդը, բնականաբար, լինելու են Տավուշի գյուղերը, հետո Տիգրանաշենը»,-ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։
