ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի գրառումը․ «Նիկոլն անձամբ է նպաստում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ինստիտուտի արժեզրկմանը։

Տասնյակ տարիներ Արցախի հիմնախնդրի հանգուցալուծման բացառիկ միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված հարթակ է եղել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը, թեպետ Ադրբեջանը ջանք ու եռանդ չէր խնայում Արցախի հարցն այլ միջազգային հարթակներ տեղափոխելու համար՝ ՄԱԿ, Եվրոպայի Խորհուրդ և այլն։
Եռանախագահները՝ Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանսիա, ունենալով աշխարհաքաղաքական տարաձայնություններ, այնուհանդերձ միասնական ջանքեր էին գործադրում Արցախի հարցում։

Արևմուտքն ու Ռուսաստանն այդ տարիներին բազմիցս բախվել են այլ տարածաշրջաններում, բայց միևնույն է, դա չէր ազդում Արցախի շուրջ համակարգված աշխատանքների վրա։

Այդպես էր 2008-ին ռուս-վրացական պատերազմի ժամանակ։ Եվ համանախագահները 2009-2013 թթ ղեկավարների մակարդակով 5 հայտարարություն էին արել կարգավորման Հիմնարար սկզբունքների շուրջ։

Այդպես էր 2011-ին Սիրիայի ճգնաժամին, որ սկսվեց գարնանը, բայց միևնույն տարին ամռանը նախապատրաստվել էր Կազանյան փաստաթուղթը։ Իսկ խմբի աշխատանքները շարունակվեցին նաև դրանից հետո։

Այո, այսօրվա գեոպոլիտիկ լարվածությունն աննադեպ է և բերել է նաև Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների աշխատանքի պարալիզացմանը։
Ի՞նչ պետք է աներ նորմալ իշխանությունը։

Սառեցներ հիմնական բանակցությունները, միմչև գլոբալ հակամարտության դադար, որ մի կողմից Հայաստանը չներքաշվեր այդ պայքարի մեջ և չճողվեր Մոսկվայի և Բրյուսելի արանքում։ Իսկ մյուս կողմից շանս ստանար վերագործարկված ՄԽ-ի շրջանակում առաջ տաներ Արցախի ժողովրդի շահերը։

Ի՞նչ արեց Նիկոլը։

1. Արցախյան հարցը և Հայաստանի ազգային շահերը հանեց գեոպոլիտիկ աճուրդի։
2. Հրաժարվեց Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը դրսում հետապնդելուց՝ «իջեցրեց նշաձողը»։
3. Ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլև Հայաստանի հաշվին հետևողականորեն բավարարում է թուրք-ադրբեջանական ամբիցիաները։
Այս ասածիս շրջանակներում լսեք Նիկոլի ելույթը և կրկին համոզվեք»։
