Եվրոպան շարունակում է կոշտացնել ՌԴ-ի դեմ քաղաքական դիրքորոշումը՝ կապված ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի հետ։ Այդ համատեքստում հին աշխարհամասը նորանոր պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանում ընդդեմ Մոսկվայի, զուգահեռաբար ավելացնելով քաղաքական, ֆինանսական և ռազմական աջակցությունը Կիևին։ Եվրոպայի հակառուսական պատժամիջոցների մեջ վերջին շրջանում առավելաբար քննարկվում է ռուսաստանցիներին շենգեն վիզաներ չտրամադրելու հարցը, որի ամենաակտիվ ջատագովներից մեկը Չեխիան է։

Հարցին, թե ինչպիսի՞ն է Չեխիայի հասարակության վերաբերմունքը ռուս-ուկրաինական պատերազմին, ՌԴ-ի դեմ պատժամիջոցներին, այդ թվում՝ կապված վիզաների արգելքի հետ, և արդյո՞ք հանրության դիրքորոշումը համահունչ է պաշտոնական Պրահայի մոտեցումներին, «ՕՐԵՐ» եվրոպական ամսագրի գլխավոր խմբագիր Հակոբ Ասատրյանը (Չեխիա, Պրահա) ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց․

«Եթե պատերազմի առաջին ամիսներին հասարակությունը, իշխանամետ ու ընդդիմադիր ուժերը միահամուռ սատարում էին Եվրոպական միության դիրքորոշումը, ապա հիմա, հատկապես էներգակիրների օրեցօր թանկացման պայմաններում ավելի հաճախ են խոսում  Ռուսաստանի հետ լեզու գտնելու մասին։ Դրա վկայությունն է նաև օրերս Պրահայում անցկացված հակակառավարական ցույցը, որին մասնակցում էին ոչ միայն կոմունիստները, ռուսամետները, այլեւ բազմաթիվ չեզոք քաղաքացիներ։ Այսօր նրանց պահանջն է, որ կառավարությունը նախ մտածի իր քաղաքացիների մասին, հետո միայն Ուկրաինայի»։

Մեր զրուցակցի պնդմամբ, հասարակ ժողովրդի շրջանում օրեցօր դժգոհությունները ավելանում են  ոչ միայն էներգակիրների, այլև սննդամթերքի և այլ առաջին անհրաժեշտության ապրանքների թանկացման պատճառով։  Շատերն են արդեն դժգոհում, թե Ուկրաինայի պատճառով իրենք ինչու պետք է վատ ապրեն, նկատում է Պրահայում բնակվող Հակոբ Ասատրյանը։

«Վիզաների խնդիրը նորություն չէ, եւ այն Չեխիայում քննարկում են դեռ անցյալ տարվանից, երբ Մոսկվայի ու Պրահայի միջեւ դիվանագիտական լուրջ ճգնաժամ սկսվեց։ Իհարկե, ռուս զբոսաշրջիկների հոսքի դադարեցումը նախեւառաջ ազդում է տուրիզմի ոլորտի՝ հյուրանոցների, ռեստորանների աշխատանքի վրա, սակայն դրան էլ արդեն համակերպվել են, քանի որ Քովիդ համավարակի ընթացքում նախկին բոլոր ակնկալիքները հավասարվել էին զրոյի։Այլ հարց է, որ դեռեւս վիզաների մասով մի ընդհանուր հայտարարի չեն գալիս, քանի որ Եվրամիության մի շարք երկրներում համարում են, որ շարքային ռուսաստանցիները չպետք է տուժեն։ Նաեւ առաջարկում են, որ որոշակի պայմաններ լինեն։ Ասենք այն ռուսաստանցիները, որոնք քննդատեն պատերազմը եւ Պուտինի քաղաքականությունը, նրանց տրվեն ԵՄ մուտքի վիզաներ»,-նշեց «ՕՐԵՐ» ամսագրի խմբագիրը։
