 Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանն  ընդունեց Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի տնտեսական անվտանգության պատվիրակ Նինո Սաբաշվիլիին։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հանդիպման մասնակցում էին նաեւ   

Վարդենիս համայնքի ղեկավար Ահարոն Խաչատրյանը, Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի տնտեսական անվտանգության տարածքային ներկայացուցիչ Սարգիս Մարտիկյանը, Կարմիր Խաչի Գեղարքունիքի մարզի նախագահ Մակիչ Մնացականյանը։

Կարմիր Խաչի ներկայացուցիչները մարզպետի հետ հանդիպմանը ծանոթացան  2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի հետեւանքով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Վարդենիս համայնքի մի շարք տուժած բնակավայրերում տիրող իրավիճակին՝ առաջիկայում տուժած բնակչությանը կամ տնտեսություններին աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով։

Կարեն Սարգսյանը ներկայացրեց  Վարդենիս համայնքի Սոթք, Կութ, Նորաբակ, Ազատ, Վերին Շորժա, Ներքին Շորժա, Այրք, Ազատ, Տրետուք, Ջաղացաձոր, Կուտական բնակավայրերում ռազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով ստեղծված ծանր  իրավիճակը։

Անդրադարձ կատարվեց նշված բնակավայրերից տարհանված բնակիչների կարիքների գնահատմանը, նրանց ժամանակավոր կացարաններով, սննդով եւ անհրաժեշտ այլ պարագաներով ապահովելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվող աշխատանքներին, հրետակոծված բնակարանների վնասի չափերի ճշգրտման, դրանց վերանորոգման կամ կառուցման ուղղությամբ մարզային հանձնաժողովի կողմից տարվող աշխատանքներին։

Խոսվեց նաև ռազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով նշված բնակավայրերում դպրոցականների կրթական իրավունքների խաթարման, տարհանված բնակչության շրջանում ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից իրականացվող սոցիալ-հոգեբանական եւ այլ բնույթի աջակցության ծրագրերի իրականացման մասին։

Կարմիր Խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի տնտեսական անվտանգության պատվիրակ Նինո Սաբաշվիլին ներկայացրեց մշակված մի շարք ծրագրեր, որոնք նախատեսում են իրականացնել Վարդենիս համայնքի բնակավայրերում՝ ստեղծված իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվություն հավաքագրելուց եւ իրավիճակը գնահատելուց հետո։
