«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում պաշտոնյաների ազատումները հասան «Մարտի 1»-ի գործի հետ կապ ունեցող դատախազներին:

Երեկ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության պետական իշխանության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետ, արդարադատության երրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդական Վաղինակ Ջանազյանն աշխատանքից ազատվելու դիմում է գրել։
Նորանշանակ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը ստորագրել է հրամանը՝ Վաղինակ Ջանազյանին հոկտեմբերի 3-ից աշխատանքից ազատելու վերաբերյալ։ Վերջինս պատահական մարդ չէ համակարգում:

Վաղինակ Ջանազյանը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության պետի տեղակալ է եղել, այնուհետեւ՝ ավագ դատախազ, Երեւան քաղաքի Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազ, իսկ 2021-ից՝ Պետական իշխանության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետ։ Նրա անունը, սակայն, հայտնի է այլ գործով: Դեռեւս 2011 թվականին ՀՔԾ նախկին պետ Անդրանիկ Միրզոյանը որոշում էր կայացրել 2008թ. մարտի 1-ի գործով քննչական խմբի արդեն նախկին ղեկավար Վահագն Հարությունյանին այլ պաշտոնի տեղափոխել եւ նրա փոխարեն «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավարման աշխատանքները հանձնել ՀՔԾ հատկապես կարեւոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Վաղինակ Ջանազյանին:

Վաղինակ Ջանազյանն էլ ընդունել էր «Մարտի 1»-ի գործով վարույթը, որը քննել էր այդ տարիներին: «Մարտի 1»-ի գործը մինչ օրս բացահայտված չէ, փողոցում գնդակահարված քաղաքացիների սպանությունները ցայսօր չեն բացահայտվել»:
