Ինչու՞ է ՀԱՊԿ-ում նախագահող Հայաստանը բողոքում ՀԱՊԿ-ից․ Ղազարյանը՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի կոշտ հայտարարության պատճառների մասին

Առանձին քաղաքական գործիչների կողմից ՀԱՊԿ-ի հասցեին հնչեցված անհիմն քննադատությունը ձեռնտու չէ եւ չի նպաստում ստուգված փոխընդունելի լուծումների որոնմանը։ Որտեղ էլ որ գտնվեն այդ քաղաքական գործիչները, այդպիսի ապակառուցողական հայտարարությունները քիչ օգուտ են տալիս: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան՝ մեկնաբանելով մի շարք հայ քաղաքական գործիչների քննադատությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ի հասցեին։

Որքանո՞վ են ընդունելի և ողջամիտ Զախարովայի տրամաչափի պաշտոնյայի կողմից նման բացահայտ մեղադրանքները, անկախ տարբեր ուժերի ռուսամետության կամ հակառուսական տրամադրվածության հանգամանքից։

«Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հնարավոր է չանդրադառնար ՀԱՊԿ-ի հասցեին Հայաստանի քաղաքական գործիչների քննադատություններին, եթե այդ քաղաքական գործիչների թվում չլինեին իշխանության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ, առավել ևս ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամներ։ Հարկ է նկատել, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից ՀԱՊԿ-ի հասցեին քննադատություն ամենաբաձր մակարդակով հնչեցվում է այն ժամանակաշրջանում, երբ Հայաստանը նախագահում է ՀԱՊԿ-ում։ Այս իրողության պարագայում դժվար է ասել, թե դա ՀԱՊԿ-ի հասցեին հնչողը քննադատությունն է, թե ինքնաքննադատություն՝ այդ կազմակերպությունում նախագահության շրջանում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ոչ համարժեք և ոչ ադեկվատ վարքագիծ դրսևորելու իմաստով»,-ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․ com-ի հետ զրույցում շեշտեց քաղաքական գործիչ, Լեհաստանում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Էդգար Ղազարյանը։

Նրա կարծիքով, ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի նմանօրինակ արձագանքը պայմանավորած է ոչ միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ի հանդեպ ցուցաբերվող հրապարակային բացասական վերաբերմունքով, այլև վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանում լայն թափ հավաքող հակառուսական տրամադրություններով․

«Այդ տրամադրություններն առավել տեսանելի են դառնում Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ուկրաինայում իրականցվող հատուկ ռազմական գործողություններից հետո, Ռուսաստանի դեմ թշնամական տրամադրվածություններ ունեցող պետությունների և միջազգային հարաբերությունների հետ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից վարվող ակնհայտ ակտիվ փոխգործակցության պայմաններում»,-ընդգծեց Ղազարյանը։ 

Նրա պնդմամբ, բարեկամ պետությունների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների հետ հարաբերություններ փչացնելը, անպատասխանատու և ոչ խելամիտ քաղաքականությունն արտահայտվում է այն արտաքին քաղաքական արկածախնդրություններով, որոնց հետևանքը պատերազմներն են ու անհաշվելի կորուստները, որոնք ՀՀ իշխանությունները բերել են մեր երկիր։
