2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Մոսկվա քաղաքում կայացել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միավորված կոլեգիայի 39-րդ նիստը, որին մասնակցել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մուրադյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը:

ՊԵԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ նիստի ընթացքում ստորագրվել են ընդհանուր առմամբ 19-ը որոշումներ, որոնք վերաբերում են մաքսային գործի տարբեր բնագավառներին, այդ թվում՝ Միավորված կոլեգիայի 38-րդ նիստի ընթացքում ստորագրված որոշումների իրականացման ընթացքին, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միավորված կոլեգիային կից աշխատաքնային խմբերին, ԵԱՏՄ արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության ապրանքային անվանացանկին համապատասխան ապրանքների դասակարգմանը, ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային օրենսգրքով նախատեսված լիազորված տնտեսական օպերատորների կողմից հատուկ պարզեցման կիրառման պրակտիկային, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների տարածք ներմուծված և ազատ շրջանառության մեջ դրված տրանսպորտային միջոցների էլեկտրոնային տեղեկատվության տրամադրմանն ու մի շարք այլ հարցերին:

Նիստի քննարկումների արդյունքում ստեղծվել է ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միավորված կոլեգիային կից ոչ ինտրուզիվ զննման սարքավորումների հարցերով զբաղվող  աշխատանքային խումբ։ Այն կզբաղվի նորմատիվ կարգավորման միասնական մոտեցումների մշակմամբ, միասնական տվյալների բազայի և համապատասխան գրադարանների ստեղծմամբ, որոնց օգտագործումը թույլ կտա օպտիմալացնել և արագացնել մաքսային հսկողությունը:

Որոշում է կայացվել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների մաքսային ծառայությունների միավորված կոլեգիայի հաջորդ 40-րդ նիստն անցկացնել 2022 թվականի 4–րդ եռամսյակում՝ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունում:

Միավորված կոլեգիայի նիստի նախօրեին պատվիրակությունը ծանոթացել է Մոսկվայի տարածաշրջանային մաքսատան էլեկտրոնային հայտարարագրման կենտրոնի աշխատանքին, որտեղ մշակվում է ՌԴ հայտարարագրերի մինչև 20%-ը:
