«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Իշխանությունը սկսել է տեսչական մարմինների ղեկավարներին փոխելու գործընթացը, ինչի մասին մենք գրել էինք սեպտեմբերի 2-ին։ Տեւական ժամանակ է՝ աշխատանք են տանում այդ ուղղությամբ․ դոսյեներ են կազմվում, քննարկվում է, թե ում ինչպես եւ ումով են փոխարինելու։

Մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում աշխատանքից ազատվել է տեսչականի 2 ղեկավար՝ Քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական եւ հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի պետ Գեղամ Շահբազյանը, ում ազատման դիմումը հրապարակվեց երեկ, եւ լուրեր կան, որ նրան անգործ չեն թողնի․ նշանակում են Պոլիտեխնիկի Շիրակի մարզի մասնաճյուղի ռեկտոր։

Իսկ օրեր առաջ էլ, մեր տեղեկություններով, ազատվել է Տեսչական մարմինների աշխատանքների համակարգման գրասենյակի ղեկավար Արթուր Ասոյանը, ում մասին եւս գրել էինք սեպտեմբերի 2-ին։

Գրել էինք, որ տեսչական մարմինների ղեկավարների եւ տեսչականների աշխատանքը համակարգողի ործունեությունից Փաշինյանը դժգոհ է եւ որոշել է փոխել։ Իսկ այս զտումները նախապատրաստելու գործը դրված է վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի օգնական Աշոտ Առուշանյանի վրա, ով նախկինում Երեւանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ էր եւ այստեղ աշխատանքի է անցել 2022-ի ապրիլին։ Թիրախում է նաեւ Առողջապահության եւ աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը։

Գործադիրում կարծում են, որ ներկայիս տեսչություններում անաշխատ եկամուտ են ստանում՝ ոչինչ չեն անում, բայց բարձր աշխատավարձ են ստանում, ուստի այդ պաշտոնները պետք է զբաղեցնեն իրենց մարդիկ։ Պետության բյուջեի հաշվին լավություն անելն ամենատարածված երեւույթն է այս իշխանությունների պարագայում»:
