Չեչնիայի ղեկավար Ռամզան Կադիրովն ասել է, որ հոկտեմբերին նախատեսում են զանգվածային միջոցառումներ կազմակերպել տարածաշրջանում մի քանի տոների կապակցությամբ, սակայն գլխավոր իրադարձությունը հոկտեմբերի 7-ին Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի տարեդարձն է։ Այս մասին նա խոսել է իր Telegram ալիքում։

«Կազմկոմիտեի անդամների հետ քննարկել եմ հոկտեմբերի 5-ի՝ Քաղաքի օրվա, Ուսուցչի օրվա, Չեչնիայի երիտասարդության օրվա տոնակատարության նախապատրաստական ​​աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև հոկտեմբերի 7-ին նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի տարեդարձի առթիվ կայանալիք կարևորագույն միջոցառումը»,-գրել է Կադիրովը։
