«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը Սիսիանում վայր է դնում ավագանու իր մանդատները

«Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցությունը նպատակահարմար չի համարում իր գործունեությունը գործող ավագանու կազմում և որոշում է կայացնում վայր դնել ավագանու անդամների մանդատները։ Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Սիսիանում «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության ավագանու առաջին համարի ներկայացուցիչ Արա Զաքարյանը:

«Սիսիան համայնքի սիրելի հայրենակիցներ,

Այսօր բոլորիդ աչքի առջև համայնքի նորընտիր ավագանին խայտառակ մթնոլորտում անցկացրեց առաջին նիստը։

«Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցությունը չմասնակցելու որոշում ուներ, որով պիտի ապահովվեր նիստի չկայացում և համայնքապետի ընտրության հարցը կրկին համայնքի բնակիչների լիազորության տիրույթ տեղափոխելուն։ Այս որոշման հիմքում ընկած էին սեպտեմբերի 13֊ին ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի պատճառով մեր համայնքի խախտված սահմանների պայմաններում քարոզարշավի դադարեցումը, որի հետևանքով մեր համաքաղաքացիները հնարավորություն չունեցան լիարժեք տեղեկացված ընտրություն կատարելու։

Հետևաբար, առաջին նիստի և հետագա 14 օրվա ընթացքում համայնքապետի ընտրության նիստի չկայացումը այդ իրավունքը կվերադարձներ բնակիչներին։

Ցավոք սրտի, քվորումն ապահովվեց, ինչը և նպաստեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության թեկնածուին 9 ձայնով համայնքապետ ընտրվել։ Ընդամենը 9 հոգի` 8+1, ինչը նույնիսկ ավագանու մեծամասնություն չէ, որոշեցին պետության համար ռազմավարական համայնքի առաջիկա 5 տարվա ճակատագիրը։

Սա գնահատում ենք անթույլատրելի և անընդունելի։

Այս իրավիճակում, «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցությունը նպատակահարմար չի համարում իր գործունեությունը գործող ավագանու կազմում և որոշում է կայացնում վայր դնել ավագանու անդամների մանդատները։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք անելու ենք առավելագույնը Սիսիան համայնքում իրապես ժողովրդի վստահությունը վայելող իշխանության ձևավորելու հարցում՝ շարունակելով մեր նվիրումը համայնքին համայնքի բնակիչներին՝ անկախ որևէ կարգավիճակից»,- գրել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Սիսիան խոշորացված համայնքում այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 12–ին, նորընտիր ավագանու առաջին նիստին, համայնքապետի ընտրության երկրորդ փուլում, համայնքի ղեկավար ընտրվեց «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության թեկնածու Արմեն Հակոբջանյանը։

Նշենք, որ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը նախկինում  համոզմունք էր հայտնել, որ Արա Զաքարյանից լավ թեկնածու Սիսիանը ունենալ չի կարող։ Խմբակցությունը, սակայն, այսօր համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրության օրակարգով նիստին չէր ներկայացել։
