Եվրոպայի կրկնակի չեմպիոն, աշխարհի կրկնակի բրոնզե մեդալակիր, 2021 թվականի Մ23 աշխարհի չեմպիոն Արսեն Հարությունյանը դուրս եկավ Իսպանիայի Պոնտեւեդրա քաղաքում ընթացող ազատ ոճի ըմբշամարտի աշխարհի մինչեւ 23 տարեկանների առաջնության կիսաեզրափակիչ:

61 կգ քաշայինների քառորդ եզրափակիչում Արսեն Հարությունյանը 9:3 հաշվով հաղթեց ղազախ Ասիլ Այտակինին:

Հարությունյանը պայքարը սկսել էր որակավորման փուլից, որտեղ 10:0 հաշվով տպավորիչ հաղթանակ էր տարել Եգիպտոսի ներկայացուցիչ Յուսուֆ Մոհամեդ Եսայի նկատմամբ, 1/8 եզրափակիչում էլ 11:0 հաշվով  հերթական վստահ հաղթանակն էր տարել Պուերտո Ռիկայի ներկայացուցիչ Ժոզեֆ Անդրես Սիլվայի նկատմամբ:

Քառորդ եզրափակիչ դուրս եկած աշխարհի Մ23 առաջնության բրոնզե, Եվրոպայի Մ23 առաջնության արծաթե մեդալակիր Հրայր Ալիխանյանը գերլարված պայքարում 2:4 հաշվով պարտվեց ադրբեջանցի Հաջիմուրադ Գաջիեւին:

Առաջին մրցափուլում Գաջիեւը երկու միավորի առավելություն ուներ, որից մեկը վաստակել էր Ալիխանյանի նկատողությունով, երկրորդը՝ աշխատանքային գոտուց հայ ըմբիշին դուրս հանելով:

Երկրորդ մրցափուլում Ալիխանյանն ավելացրեց ճնշումը եւ երկու միավորանոց գցումով հավասարեցրեց հաշիվը: Ադրբեջանցի ըմբիշը կոպիտ գոտեմարտ էր վարում եւ ձեռքերով հարվածում Ալիխանյանի գլխին: Գորգի մրցավարը նկատեց եւ կանգնեցրեց գոտեմարտը՝ նկատողություն անելով Գաջիեւին:

Գոտեմարտի վերջին րոպեում ադրբեջանցի ըմբիշին հաջողվեց հարմար բռնվածքով գցում կատարել եւ եւս երկու միավոր ավելացնել իր հաշվին: Վերջին վայրկյաններին Ալիխանյանը բռնեց մրցակցի ոտքը, բայց չկարողացավ գցել, Հաջիմուրադին հաջողվեց դուրս գալ բռնվածքից: Գոտեմարտն ավարտվեց 2:4 հաշվով Ալիխանյանի պարտությամբ:

 Քառորդ եզրափակիչի Հայաստանի երրորդ մասնակից, 92 կգ քաշային Սերգեյ Սարգսյանը ցավալի պարտություն կրեց: Առաջին մրցափուլում 8:0 հաղթելիս, Սարգսյանը երկրորդ մրցափուլում 8:16 հաշվով պարտություն կրեց վրացի Միրիանի Մայսուրաձեից:

Հայ ըմբիշը մեկնարկային 1/8 եզրափակիչում 10:3 հաշվով առավելության էր հասել հունգարացի Քրիստիան Գաբոր Անգյալի նկատմամբ:

Երեկոյան մրցահերթում չեմպիոնի տիտղոսի համար կպայքարի Վազգեն Թեւանյանը (65 կգ): Մրցակիցը թուրք Համզա Ալաջան է: Բրոնզե մեդալի գոտեմարտ կանցկացնի Արման Ավագյանը (79 կգ): Մրցացիկը կլինի հույն Գեորգիոս Կուգիումցիդիսը:
