Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի Զվարթնոց բաժնի աշխատակիցներն, օրերս իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկատվությունը, ՀայՓոստ ընկերության փոստի փոխանակման կենտրոնի մաքսային հսկողության գոտում, Արևմտյան մաքսատուն-վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ մաքսային զննման են ենթարկել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության քաղաքացու անունից Ավստրալիա արտահանվող միջազգային փոստային առաքանին: Ինչպես հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից, զննման արդյունքում հիշյալ առաքանիում հայտնաբերվել է վեց  կաշվե պայուսակ, որոնց ներքին մասերում առկա սպունգանման զանգվածները ներծծված են եղել «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի նմանվող,  շագանակագույն փոշենման զանգվածով` ավելի քան  3կգ քաշով:

Հիշյալ մաքսանենգության դեպքով, ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի աշխատակիցների և «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ  անվտանգության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների շրջանակներում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ հիշյալ առաքանին ուղարկող է հանդիսանում ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի Ա․Գ․-ն, ով հայտնաբերվել և տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժին, իսկ այնուհետև` ձերբակալվել։

Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում տեղեկություններ էին նաև ձեռք բերվել, որ ԻԻՀ քաղաքացու փաստացի բնակության վայրում` Երևան քաղաքում գործող հյուրանոցներից մեկի հյուրանոցային սենյակում, առկա են թմրամիջոցներ, որոնք նա մտադրվել էր կրկին փոստային ծառայության միջոցով ուղարկել 3-րդ երկիր: Դատարանի որոշման համաձայն` Ա․Գ․-ի փաստացի բնակության վայրում կատարված խուզարկության արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է մոտ 3․500 կգ ընդհանուր քաշով նույնանման 7  պայուսակ, որոնց ներքին մասերում առկա սպունգանման զանգվածները նույնպես ներծծված են եղել «ափիոն» տեսակի թմրամիջոցով։

Փաստերի առթիվ կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից կազմված մաքսանենգության դեպքի վերաբերյալ արձանագրությունը, հայտնաբերված թմրամիջոցի զանգվածների հետ միասին տրամադրվել է  ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչություն, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 399-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղքն ապացուցված չէ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
