ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալն ընդունել է ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչներին

Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Անահիտ Մանասյանը նոյեմբերի 17-ին ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի Մանկական հիմնադրամի (UNICEF) հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Սիլվիա Մեստրոնիին, Երեխաների համար արդարադատության մատչելիության ծրագրի ղեկավար Վիկտորիա Օհանյանին և ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի Երեխաների պաշտպանության ծրագրերի ղեկավար Հայկ Խեմչյանին:

Ինչպես հայտնում են Գլխավոր դատախազությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում Անահիտ Մանասյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանության ու անչափահասների արդարադատության ոլորտում ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖԻ գործունեությունը և նախանշել Դատախազության հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության հնարավոր ուղղությունները:

Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալն ընդգծել է ոլորտային համընդհանուր բարեփոխումների կարևորությունը: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել բոլոր շահագրգիռ սուբյեկտների և մասնագետների մասնակցությամբ համատեղ միջոցառումների իրականացման, մարզերի դատախազների համար տեղերում դասընթացների կազմակերպման, իրավական ակտերի փորձաքննության, փորձագիտական և նյութատեխնիկական աջակցության բնագավառում հնարավոր համագործակցությանը: Ընդգծվել է դատախազների մասնագիտական պատրաստման ու վերապատրաստման ծրագրերում անչափահասների արդարադատության վերաբերյալ դասընթացների և ժամանակակից մեթոդաբանությամբ դրանց դասավանդման կարևորությունը:

ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ-ի  հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցչի տեղակալ Սիլվիա Մեստրոնին ողջունել է իրավական ոլորտում իրականացվող և սպասվող բարեփոխումներն ու պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել Դատախազության հետ սկսել առավել առարկայական համագործակցություն՝ վերոնշյալ ուղղություններով:

Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են մեկնարկել ընթացիկ ակտիվ համագործակցություն և քննարկվող ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացում՝ ապահովելու երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանությունը և անչափահասների արդյունավետ արդարադատությունը:
