Թեև հեղափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գլուխ էր գովում, որ իր ղեկավարած կուսակցության ներսում թևեր չկան և չեն կարող լինել, այնուամենայնիվ այդ թևերի առկայությունն այսօր ավելի քան ակնհայտ է: Եվ խոսքը ոչ միայն ԱԺ, կառավարության ներսում ձևավորված թիմերի մասին է, այլ նաև մարզերում առկա խմորումների: 

Դիցուք՝ Վայոց ձորում ՔՊ թևերից մեկը ղեկավարում է Արարատ Գրիգորյանը, ով մարզպետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելով տիրապետում է բավական մեծ լծակների և փորձում է իշխանությունը մարզում պահել իր ձեռքում:

Մարզում դեռևս բավական մեծ ազդեցություն ունի նախկին մարզպետ Տրդատ Սարգսյանը, ով հայտնի սկանդալից հետո լքեց պաշտոնը՝ այդ դիրքը զիջելով Արարատ Գրիգորյանին: Միևնույն ժամանակ ակնհայտ է, որ մարզից Սարգսյանը չի հեռացել, մարզպետարանում մինչ այսօր էլ շարունակում են աշխատել վերջինիս կադրերը: 

Վերջին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից հետո և այն բանից հետո, ինչ Ջերմուկում ընտրվեց Վահագն Արսենյանը ակնհայտ է, որ մարզում մեծանում է նաև Արսենյանների ընտանիքի ազդեցությունը: Վայոց Ձորը՝ ընդհանրապես, իսկ Ջերմուկը՝ մասնավորապես, մշտապես համարվել է ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր և օլիգարխ Աշոտ Արսենյանի ազդեցության ավանդական գոտին: Վերջին ՏԻՄ ընտրություններից հետո, երբ Վահագն Արսենյանը համայնքապետ ընտրվեց ՔՊ ցուցակով, այդ ազդեցությունը, կարծես թե, վերականգնվում է: Որքանով է սա դուրեկան Փաշինյանի այսպես ասած՝ քայլած թիմակիցներին, սա, իհարկե, այլ հարց է:

Այս փաստը սակայն չի խանգարում նույն Արսենյանին և Սարգսյանին համատեղ լոբբինգ իրականացնել: Դիցուք՝ Վայքի համայնքապետ ընտրված Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանի լոբբինգը իրականացնում էին հենց այս երկու նախկին և ներկա պաշտոնյաները:

Ըստ էության, Վայոց Ձորում ՔՊ-ականները բաժանված են երեք թևի, կամ այսպես ասած՝ երեք ազդեցության գոտիներ են առկա, որոնցից յուրաքանչուրը քաղաքական պայքարի դասական կանոնների համաձայն՝ փորձում է էլ ավելի մեծ լծակներ ստանալ ի հաշիվ մյուս խաղացողների:
