Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության կողմից Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համատեղ միջոցառումների մասին նախագծի լրամշակման աշխատանքներն ընթանում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ:

Lրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում այս մասին ասաց Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը՝ անդրադառնալով նոյեմբերի 23-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի արդյունքներին:

ՌԴ դեսպանն ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատական տվեց ՀԱՊԿ նիստի ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքներին:

«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, տպավորությունը դրական էր: Այս պահին պատրաստ չեմ տալ ինչ-որ մեկնաբանություն, բայց հաջորդ օրը վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ընդհանուր առմամբ դրական գնահատական է տվել այն աշխատանքներին, որոնք եղել են ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում:

Նշեմ նաև, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը բավականին դրական է գնահատել այս տարի ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի նախագահությունը: Կարծում եմ՝ սրան ավելացնելու բան չունեմ»,- ասաց Կոպիրկինը:

Հարցին, թե Ռուսաստանը քայլեր կձեռնարկի, որպեսզի ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից Հայաստանին օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նախագծի լրամշակման աշխատանքները արագանան, դեսպանը պատասխանեց.

«Այդ աշխատանքը իրականացվում է, և այդ աշխատանքը իրականացվում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ակտիվ ներգրավվածությամբ»,- ընդգծեց Կոպիրկինը:

Հարցին՝ թե արդյոք բավարար քայլեր ձեռնարկվում ե՞ն ռուսական և հայկական կողմից արտաքին մարտահրավերները հաղթահարելու ուղղությամբ և որպեսզի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները նույն բարձր մակարդակի վրա մնան, Կոպիրկինը պատասխանեց.

«Իմ կարծիքով շատ բան է արվում, որպեսզի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ոչ միայն պահպանվեն, այլև ամրապնդվեն և հարմարվեն նոր իրողությանը և նոր աշխարհին: Հավատացեք՝ դա շատ բարդ է, և երկու կողմից պահանջում է մեծ համբերություն, համառություն, կամք: Իմ կարծիքով այդ բոլոր հատկանիշները հաջողվում է դրսևորել: Իհարկե, կա խնդիր, չէր կարող չլինել, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ, կարծում եմ, որ երկկողմ հարաբերությունների պահպանման, ամրապնդման և զարգացման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են պատշաճ մակարդակով»,- ասաց Կոպիրկինը:
