«Ժողովուրդ». Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն հարցաքննության կկանչի ՔՊ պատգամավորին

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ օրերս իրավապահ համակարգում ներքին քննարկում է եղել, որ Աժ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր, առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն պետք է հրավիրի հարցաքննության:

Ասել է թե՝ նախաքննական մարմինը պատրաստվում է ծանուցում ուղարկել Արսեն Թորոսյանին, սակայն առայժմ իրավապահ համակարգում գնահատական է հնչել, որ նրան մեղադրանք առաջադրելու պահը դեռեւս չի հասունացել: Արդեն իսկ քրեական գործով ուշագրավ հանգամանքներ են ի հայտ եկել: Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ այս օրերին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն ակտիվ կերպով հարցաքննության է հրավիրում «Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցներին: Իսկ ի՞նչ քրեական վարույթի մասին է խոսքը: Բանն այն է, որ այս տարվա հունիսին Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել՝ պարզելու, թե արդյոք 2020-ին՝ քովիդի համավարակի ժամանակ, պետական միջոցներն արդյունավետ են ծախսվել։

Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է մի քանի հոդվածներով՝ յուրացում, պաշտոնեական լիազորությունների չարաշահում, պաշտոնեական կեղծիք։ Առայժմ կասկածյալներ ու մեղադրյալներ չկան։ Քրեական գործը հարուցելու առիթ է դարձել Հաշվեքննիչ պալատի հրապարակած զեկույցը, որը, ուսումնասիրելով 2020-ին՝ քովիդի ամենաթեժ շրջանում Առողջապահության նախարարության գործունեությունը, եզրահանգել է՝ համավարակի դեմ պայքարի համար հատկացված միջոցները նպատակային եւ արդյունավետ չեն ծախսվել։ 2020-ին առողջապահության նախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում էր տխրահռչակ Արսեն Թորոսյանը, որն այժմ իշխող ուժի պատգամավոր է, ՔՊ վարչության անդամ:

Եւ հասկանալով գլխի գալիքը՝ ԱԺ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Հերիքնազ Տիգրանյանի միջնորդությամբ Թորոսյանը ընկերություն է անում Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ղեկավար Սասուն Խաչատրյանի հետ: Մամուլը գրել է այս մասին. Թորոսյանը թերեւս նպատակ ունի հասնել այն բանին, որ քովիդի դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում իրականցված յուրացումները ամբողջ ծավալով չբացահայտվեն»:
