ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար, ՀՀԿ-ական գործիչ Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

«Թողնենք անհայրենիքներին` իրենց գալիք ամանորը զարդարելու գերկարևոր հոգսերով և փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ է կատարվում Արցախի կյանքի ճանապարհին:

Նախ անհրաժեշտ է, որպեսզի ՀՀ և ԱՀ բանակային հետախուզությունն ու ԱԱԾ-ն հստակ ճշտեն, թե իրականում ովքե՞ր են ճանապարհը փակած քաղաքացիական անձիք (ինքնությունը, կենսագրությունները, զբաղմունքը, բնակությունը և այլն), ինչպե՞ս են անխոչընդոտ կարողացել դուրս գալ և կանգնել ճանապարհին:

Բացի այդ, անհրաժեշտ է ստուգել և համոզվել, արդյո՞ք դա ուշադրություն շեղող մանևր չէ՞ր, եղանակային մառախլապատ պայմաններում` այլ նշանակության աշխատանք կատարելու համար:

Անհրաժեշտ է ի նկատի ունենալ նաև, որ նման դրամատիկ ակցիաներով Ադրբեջանը սկսելու է միջազգային ասպարեզում աղաղակել, իբր իր էկոլոգիական և կենսաբանական անվտանգությանը նոր սպառնալիքներ ի հայտ գալու մասին` մեղքը գցելով հայկական, ռուսական և իրանական կողմերի վրա:

Ազերիները ակնհայտորեն, հնարավոր ողջ գործիքակազմով «արգումենտներ» են հավաքագրում` ռուսական խաղաղապահ առաքելության մանդատը չհաստատելու և ժամկետը չերկարացնելու համար:

Կարծում եմ ավելորդ է ասել, որ այսօր իրականացված «էկոլոգ» օպերացիան ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների ձեռքի գործն է: Մնում է հասկանալ ո՞ր երկրի պատվերն էր այն, կամ դրա նախերգանքը:

Արցախը Հայաստանին կապող կյանքի միակ ճանապարհի և Սյունիքի շուրջ, առաջիկայում ավելի է ակտիվանալու տարբեր երկրների հատուկ ծառայությունների միջև սկսված պայքարը: Մեր ԱԱԾ կառույցները պետք է բազմապատկեն իրենց աչքերը, ականջներն ու ձեռքերը` Հայաստանի ու Արցախի սահմանամերձ շրջաններում, ինչպես նաև տեղաշարժի ժամանակ բնակչությանը`դիվերսիոն-ահաբեկչական և հումանիտար վտանգներից զերծ պահելու համար»:
