«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանին մեղադրանք առաջադրելու համար խորհրդարան կգա ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանը:

Մենք գրել էինք, որ նա հայտնվել է իրավապահների ուշադրության կենտրոնում քուրդ ազատամարտիկների՝ Թուրքիայում հայտնվելու դեպքով արած հայտարարությունների համար: Բանն այն է, որ «ԱԺ կանոնակարգ» օրենքի 108-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ պատգամավորի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցել կամ ազատությունից զրկել հնարավոր է միայն Ազգային ժողովով՝ դատախազի միջնորդության հիման վրա:

Ընդ որում՝ պատգամավորի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելուն կամ նրան ազատությունից զրկելուն համաձայնություն տալու մասին Ազգային ժողովի որոշումն ընդունվում է գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Գեղամ Մանուկյանը ԱԱԾ-ում հարցաքննվել էր քուրդ ազատամարտիկների՝ Թուրքիայում հայտնվելու դեպքով տարվող քրեական գործով, ինչը հենց Մանուկյանը հաստատել էր մեզ հետ զրույցում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը ավելի վաղ գրել էր, որ ԱԱԾ-ում քրդերի՝ Թուրքիայում հայտնվելու առեղծվածային դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, եւ բավականին խիստ է դրվել հարցը՝ պարզել, թե ինչպես են երկու քուրդ ազատամարտիկները հայտնվել Թուրքիայի ուժային կառույցներ մոտ:

Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ երկու քրդերը Հայաստանում 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 16-ին ապօրինի հատել էին Արաքս գետով անցնող՝ ՀՀ պահպանվող պետական սահմանը»:
