ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Գիլոյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Արագածոտնի մարզում, շրջայց կատարել Ապարանի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոցում, ծանոթացել ենթակառուցվածքային պայմաններին, ինչպես նաև այցելել մարզկենտրոն Աշտարակ:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալին ուղեկցել են Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը, փոխմարզպետ Հարություն Գուլյանը և Աշտարակ համայնքի ղեկավար Թովմաս Շահվերդյանը:

Մարզային և համայնքային կառույցների ղեկավարները ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալի հետ քննարկել են Աշտարակում շախմատի ակադեմիա հիմնելու հեռանկարները և ներկայացրել վերջինիս կառուցման ծրագրի մանրամասները: Կողմերն ընդգծել են, որ Արագածոտնի մարզում շախմատի մեծ ներուժ կա, և այն զարգացնելու նպատակով գործնական քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում։

Մասնավորապես, ակադեմիա հիմնելու նախագիծը ներառված է 2023 թ․ սուբվենցիոն ծրագրերի ցանկում, և հայտը սպասում է Կառավարության հաստատմանը։ Ծրագրի նախնական արժեքը 505 մլն 300 հազար դրամ է։ Մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանի խոսքով՝ շախմատի ակադեմիան կզարգացնի մարզի սաների ներուժը, նոր շունչ կհաղորդի Արագածոտնի մարզական կյանքին։

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալը կարևորել է Արագածոտնի մարզում սպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացումը և մարզական կյանքի աշխուժացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը, ինչի արդյունքում ավելի մեծ թվով երեխաներ հնարավորություն կունենան զբաղվելու սպորտով, իսկ հետագայում, գուցե, նաև համալրեն մեդալակիր մարզիկների թիվը: Կարեն Գիլոյանն ընդգծել է՝ առկա են բոլոր պայմանները՝ թե՛ ֆինանսներ, թե՛ մարդկային ռեսուրսներ, որպեսզի մարզում սպորտն ավելի մասսայական դառնա, տեղի մարզիկներն ավելի մեծ հաջողություններ ունենան սպորտում, և Արագածոտնի մարզը որոշ մարզաձևերի առումով շատ ավելի մրցունակ դառնա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Ապարանի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոցին, ապա այն մեկն էր 68 մարզադպրոցներից, որոնք վերջերս Կառավարության որոշմամբ համալրվել են նոր մարզագույքով: Մասնավորապես, Ապարանի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոցին մարզումային ծանրաձող և մագլցման պարան են տրամադրվել: Արագածոտնի մարզի երեք մարզադպրոցներին հատկացված մարզագույքի ընդհանուր արժեքը շուրջ 7,5 մլն դրամ է կազմում:

Ապարանի մանկապատանեկան մարզադպրոցը մոտ 200 սան ունի, որոնք 10 խմբով մարզումներ են իրականացնում ֆուտբոլ, վոլեյբոլ, ըմբշամարտ, բռնցքամարտ, ծանրամարտ և դահուկավազք մարզաձևերից: Քննարկումներ են ծավալվել նաև Ապարանում դահուկային սպորտի զարգացման և ենթակառուցվածքների ապահովման վերաբերյալ:
