Քաղաքացին դիմել է Պաշտպանի աշխատակազմ և հայտնել, որ լրացել է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող որդու անձնագրի վավերականության ժամկետը, որի պատճառով վերջինս փոստային ծառայության միջոցով չի կարողանում ստանալ հաշմանդամության թոշակը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՄԻՊ գրասենյակից։

Ըստ քաղաքացու` բազմիցս դիմել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչություն անձնագիր ստանալու համար, սակայն հաշմանդամության առանձնահատկություններով և քաղաքացու կարիքներով պայմանավորված՝ հնարավոր չի եղել ներկայանալ բաժանմունք:

Պաշտպանի կողմից խնդրի ուսումնասիրության արդյունքում՝ հարցը քննարկվել է իրավասու մարմնի հետ, ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն քաղաքացու համար անհրաժեշտ միջավայրային պայմաններ ապահովելու վերաբերյալ՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև անձի համար կարիքահեն և մատչելի հաղորդակցման կարևորությունը։

ՀՀ Ոստիկանության հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության արդյունքում՝ ապահովվել են անհրաժեշտ միջավայրային հարմարեցված պայմաններ, և քաղաքացին ստացել է անձնագիրը՝ կարողանալով օգտվել փոստային ծառայության միջոցով հաշմանդամության թոշակը ստանալու հնարավորությունից:
