Հայաստանում է ոչ անհայտ Ժիրայր Լիպարիտյանը. Մարդ, որն իր ողջ գործունեության ընթացքում կողմ է եղել Արցախը Ադրբեջանին հանձնելուն։ Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է Հայաստանի հելսինկյան կոմիտեի նախագահ Ավետիք Իշխանյանը, ով իր գրառումը վերնագրել է. «Սյունիքի հանձնման նախապատրաստում»:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Եվ ահա նրա մտքի հերթական փայլատակումը․

«Սովորական ճանապարհից տարբեր լինի, բայց ոչ միջանցք: Անշուշտ, պետք չի տալ միջանցք, բայց խնդիրն այն է, որ եթե շատ ուշացնենք, մենք չենք տա, բայց իրենք կառնեն»:

 

Եվ փոխանակ Ժիրայր Լիպարիտյանը հայտարարվեր ոչ ցանկալի անձ Հայաստանում, նա ազատորեն քարոզում է հերթական կապիտուլյացիայի մասին։Պատահակա՞ն են արդյոք այս խոսքերը։ Համոզված եմ, որ՝ ոչ։ Սա համաձայնեցված է վարչապետ կոչեցյալի հետ և Ժիրայր Լիպարիտյանը հատուկ հանձնարարությամբ է եկել, նախապատրաստելու մեզ բոլորիս հերթական զիջումներին՝ միջանցքի անվան տակ հանձնել Սյունիքը։
