SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարտի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում սպանություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված քրեական վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է հունվարի 3-ին «Մասիս» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին ստացված ահազանգի փատով։

Այդ օրը ժամը 09։15-ի սահմաններում Մասիս բժշկական կենտրոնի մանկական բաժանմունք է տեղափոխվել երեխայի դի։

Հիվանդանոց են մեկնել ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզի վարչության պետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանը, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի պետ Վահագն Գրիգորյանը։

Ժամանել են նաև Հայի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի խումբը` քննիչ Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են որ մահացածը Արարատի մարզի գյուղերից մեկի բնակիչ 13 օրական Հովսեփ Հ․-ն է։

Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկակակ փորձաքննություն, դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
