Այս առաւօտ՝ Երկուշաբթի, 9 Յունուար 2023-ին, Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա. Վեհափառ Հայրապետը ընդունեց այցելութիւնը Լիբանանի մօտ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետութեան դեսպան Մուճթապի Ամանիի, ընկերակցութեամբ իր փոխանորդին:

Շուրջ ժամ մը տեւած հանդիպման ընթացքին քննարկուեցան երկու այժմէական նիւթեր: Առաջինը՝ Լիբանանի հանրապետութեան նախագահի ընտրութիւնն էր: Վեհափառ Հայրապետը անհրաժեշտ նկատեց ներ-լիբանանեան համաձայնութեան գոյացումը: Նախագահի անձին շուրջ համաձայնութիւն գոյացնելէ առաջ հրամայական է, որ քաղաքական օրակարգի եւ ուղղութեան մը շուրջ համաձայնութիւն ըլլայ, բնականաբար շրջանային ու միջազգային ոյժերու զօրակցութիւնը վայելող, որովհետեւ կարելի չէ անջատել Լիբանանէն ներս տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները շրջանի աշխարհաքաղաքական պայմաններէն, ըսաւ Նորին Ս. Օծութիւնը: Այս ծիրէն ներս ան շեշտեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետութեան դերը: Դեսպանը, իր կարգին, յայտնեց, որ իր երկիրը միշտ եղած է Լիբանանի կողքին՝ զօրակից անոր ներքին միութեան: Ան միաժամանակ ընդգծեց Լիբանանի հայ համայնքին քաղաքական դերակատարութեան կարեւորութիւնը, որպէս երկրին կարեւոր համայնքներէն մէկը:

Երկրորդ հարցը, որուն Հայրապետը անդրադարձաւ, Բերձորի միջանցքի վերաբացման հարցն էր: Ան ըսաւ, որ երեք շաբաթէ ի վեր 125,000 հայորդիներ կը մնան արգելափակուած եւ զրկուած առօրեայ կեանքի ամէնէն կենսական տարրերէն: Չեմ ուզեր քաղաքական վերլուծումներու մէջ մտնել. այս հանգրուանին հարցը ըստ էութեան մարդասիրական է եւ, հետեւաբար, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետութեան միջամտութիւնը կը նկատեմ հրամայական: Երբ ուրիշներ կը լռեն ու կը դիտեն, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետութեան մարդասիրական միջամտութիւնը վստահաբար մեծապէս պիտի նպաստէ տարածաշրջանէն ներս անոր դերին վերաշեշտման, ըսաւ Վեհափառ Հայրապետը: Դեսպանը, բնականաբար, կացութեան ծանօթ ըլլալով, որոշ յստակեցումներ կատարեց եւ խոստացաւ Վեհափառ Հայրապետին կոչը փոխանցել իր երկրի իշխանութեան:

Յայտնենք, որ նոյն օրը Նորին Ս. Օծութիւնը ընդունեց Լիբանանի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Նապիհ Պըրրին ներկայացնող պատուիրակութիւն մը: Հանդիպման ընթացքին Վեհափառ Հայրապետը դարձեալ անդրադարձաւ Բերձորի միջանցքին: Իսկ օր մը առաջ, Հայրապետը ընդունած էր մարոնիթ Ռաաի Պատրիարքը ներկայացնող պատուիրակութիւն մը, ինչպէս նաեւ ասորի ուղղափառ Աֆրամ Բ. Պատրիարքը ներկայացնող Ճորճ Սալիպա Արքեպիսկոպոսը:
