Քաղաքագետ Հրանտ Մելիք- Շահնազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ «44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ուզում էր հրաժարական տալ։ Անկեղծ էր ուզում։ Բայց իրավիճակի նրբությունը հասկացող մարդիկ բացատրեցին Արայիկին, որ այդ քայլը կարող է մահացու լինել Արցախի պետականության համար և զոռով պահեցին նրան նախագահի պաշտոնում։ Կարծում եմ՝ ճիշտ արեցին։ Ես ինքս էլ վստահ էի, որ հետպատերազմյան շրջանում Արցախում նոր ընտրություններ հնարավոր չէր լինի կազմակերպել։

Արցախում հիմա էլ են խոսում նախագահական և խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Պատկերացնու՞մ եք։ Ճանապարհը փակ է, հումանիտար աղետ է, մարդիկ կանգնում, ասում են՝ եկեք արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնենք։ Մի քանի ապուշ էլ շտապում են հայտարարել, որ իրենք մասնակցելու են այդ ընտրություններին ու հավակնելու Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնին։ Սա նույնիսկ աբսուրդ չէ։ Սա տգիտության ու նաև դավաճանության շքերթ է։

Նման մոտեցումներով Արցախի իշխանությունները կործանելու են հայկական երկրորդ պետականությունը։ Եթե նրանց հույսն այն է, որ դրա դիմաց կարժանանան Նիկոլի և Ալիևի գովասանքին ու երախտագիտությանը, ապա չարաչար սխալվում են։

Չհաշվարկված կամ գիտակցված սխալ քայլերի «վարձքը» սերունդների անեծքն է լինելու։ Ուզում եմ՝ Արցախում սա բոլորը լավ գիտակցեն։

Սա ինչ վերաբերվում է արտահերթ ընտրություններին, իսկ իրականում՝ Արցախի պետականության վերջին մնացորդները կործանելու գաղափարին։ Հիմա անցնենք Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի թեմային։ Այս առնչությամբ երկու հարց ունեմ։ Ինչպե՞ս և ինչու՞ է կայացվել նրան պետնախարար նշանակելու որոշումը։ Եվ երկրորդը՝ միթե՞ Արցախի ամենամեծ խնդիրը հիմա Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն է։

Վարդանյանին պետնախարար նշանակելու առիթով հոդված էի գրել ու նաև նշել, որ խոշորացույցով հետևելու եմ այդ պաշտոնում նրա բոլոր քայլերին։ Հետևել եմ։ Չհաշված օրեր առաջ իր արած հայտնի live-ը, որտեղ նա բացահայտել է Արցախը որոշ չափով սնուցող գաղտնի ուղիների առյկայությունը՝ մնացած առումներով որևէ լուրջ խնդիր իր գործունեության մեջ չեմ նկատել։ Ճիշտ հակառակը՝ նույնիսկ իր ընդդիմախոսներն էին ինձ հետ մասնավոր զրույցներում փաստում, որ մարդն Ադրբեջանի հանդեպ անզիջում դիրքորոշում է որդեգրել, ամբողջ օրը զբաղվում է Արցախում առկա ռեսուրսների հնարավորինս արդյունավետ կառավարմամբ ու արդար բաշխմամբ, գործով տարված՝ հաճախ գիշերում է իր աշխատասենյակում և այլն, և այլն։ Եվ ուրեմն, ինչու՞մն է խնդիրը։

Ոմանք ասում են՝ «Անգլիայի շպիոն է»։ Որոշները՝ Ռուսաստանի։ Իսկ ես ասում եմ, որ Վարդանյանը դարձավ այն լակմուսի թուղթը, որը բացահայտեց հայկական քաղաքական դաշտի ներքին ողջ կեղտը։ Վստահ եմ՝ սոցիալական ցանցերում այս պահին ընթացող «քննարկումներից» շատերը կհասկանան, թե ինչու ենք մինչ օրս գտնվում այսպիսի ողբալի իրավիճակում…

Արցախի իշխանություններին ու քաղաքական վերնախավին խելամտության կոչ եմ անում։ Մի կողմ թողե՛ք դատարկ այս վեճերը և գործով զբաղվեք։ Թև թիկունք եղեք և լուծումներ գտեք։ Կենտրոնացեք բացառապես Արցախի կարիքների և ոչ թե Նիկոլի, Իլհամի ու չգիտես, թե է՛լ որ գրողուցավի պահանջների վրա։ Նորից եմ կրկնում՝ սա ձեր հարցը չէ։ Սա Արցախի լինել-չլինելու հարցն է։ Ուշքի եկեք»։
