Այսօրվանից Արցախում սկսվում է սննդամթերքի կտրոնների տրամադրումը. կտրոններով վաճառքը կկատարվի 600 խանութների միջոցով

Հունվարի 20-ից Արցախի Հանրապետությունում կգործի սննդամթերքների որոշ տեսակների ձեռքբերման նոր կարգ. կտրոնների տրամադրումը կսկսվի հունվարի 17-ից:

Ըստ այդմ, բրինձը, մակարոնեղենը, հնդկաձավարը, շաքարավազը եւ ձեթը կվաճառվեն միայն կտրոնով:

Ստեփանակերտում սպասարկման կետեր կգործեն հանրակրթական բոլոր դպրոցներում եւ Արցախի պետական համալսարանում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ 19 կետ կգործի:

Շրջկենտրոնների  բնակիչները կտրոն կարող են ստանալ իրենց շրջվարչակազմի շենքերից, իսկ գյուղական բնակավայրերում ապրողները իրենց համայնքապետարաններից:

Նախօրեին օպերատիվ շտաբի նիստում նշվել է, որ կտրոնային համակարգի ներդրման կազմակերպչական և տեխնիկական աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են սահմանված ժամանակացույցով: Համակարգի սահուն ներդրման նպատակով համապատասխան բացատրական և ուսուցողական աշխատանքներ են իրականացվելու ինչպես մատակարարների, այնպես էլ առևտրային կետերի սեփականատերերի համար: Առաջնային մի քանի խումբ ապրանքների՝ կտրոններով վաճառքն իրականացվելու է ողջ հանրապետությունում՝ Ստեփանակերտում 200, շրջաններում՝ 400 խանութների միջոցով:

Օպերատիվ շտաբին նիստում պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը կարևորել է համակարգի ներդրմանը զուգահեռ՝ բնակչության շրջանում իրազեկման աշխատանքների իրականացումը: Նա նաև անհրաժեշտ է համարել համապատասխան տեղեկատվական բազաների ստեղծումը:

Ներկայացվել է հանրապետությունում էներգամատակարարման հետ կապված իրավիճակը, որը շարունակում է լարված մնալ:  Հայաստանից Արցախ էներգասնուցումը նախկինի պես խափանված է, քանի որ ադրբեջանական կողմը մասնագետներին թույլ չի տալիս այցելել իրենց վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածք՝ հասկանալու խափանման պատճառները: Բնակչության նվազագույն էներգետիկ կարիքները հնարավորինս երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով ապահովելու համար վաղվանից անցում կկատարվի  հովհարային անջատումների չորսժամյա գրաֆիկի՝  ներկայիս երկու ժամվա փոխարեն:
