«Ժողովուրդ». Ընդդիմադիրներին մանդատից զրկելու մասով ՔՊ-ն նոր որոշում ունի

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Քաղաքական իշխանությունը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում արդեն երկրորդ անգամ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին մանդատից զրկելու գործընթացի մասին է խոսում: Ինչպես նախորդ գործընթացը, որ 2022-ի հուլիսին էր սկիզբ առել, այս անգամ եւս անհասկանալի է՝ ինչ շարունակություն կունենա:

«ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ այս պահի դրությամբ իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը որոշել է հարցը դուրս հանել խորհրդարանից ու այն, այնուամենայիվ, Սահմանադրական դատարան ուղարկել՝ բարձրագույն այդ ատյանին թողնելով ընդդիմադիրներին մանդատից զրկելու կամ չզրկելու հարցը: Այսինքն՝ օրենքի պահանջը կկատարեն, ԱԺ խորհրդի նիստով կորոշեն հարցը ուղարկել ՍԴ:

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ ընդդիմադիրների շուրջ ծավալվող գործընթացի մասով իշխանության ներսում, այնուամենայնիվ, տարակարծություններ կան, ու ոչ բոլորն են, որ ողջունելու են մանդատազրկության թեման օրակարգ բերելը:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ որոշ ՔՊ-ականներ նպատակահարմար չեն գտնում Արցախի շրջափակման այս օրերին քննարկման առարկա քաղաքական ինտրիգներ պարունակող հարցերը դարձնել, այդ թվում նաեւ՝ մանդատազրկության թեման:

Հարցի պարզաբանման համար «ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Դավիթ Դանիելյանին դիմեց: Նրա կարծիքով՝ ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին մանդատից զրկելու ու այդ առնչությամբ ՍԴ դիմելու գործընթացն օրենքի շրջանակներում է արվում:

«Օրենքը նման հնարավորություն տալիս է, որպեսզի Սահմանադրական դատարանը քննի այդ հարցը: Կարծում եմ, որ մեր երկրի հարցն ինձ համար առնվազն դա չէ: Առաջնայինն այսօր Լաչինի միջանցքն օր առաջ բացելու հարցն է, երկրորդը՝ այն վտանգը, որ սպառնում է Հայաստանի անվտանգությանը»,- մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններն ըստ երեւույթին հաստատելով՝ ասաց ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորը»:
