Գլխավոր դատախազը ներկայացրել է դատախազների իրավական կրթության զարգացման ուղղությունները

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ, Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի քրեական իրավունքի ամբիոնի դասախոս, դոցենտ Աննա Վարդապետյանն այսօր, Ֆակուլտետի գիտխորհրդի նիստում, դեկան Գագիկ Ղազինյանի հրավերով, ներկայացրել է դատախազների իրավական կրթության զարգացման հայեցակարգային ուղղությունները: Այս մասին հայտնում են Գլխավոր դատախազությունից։

Գլխավոր դատախազը կարևորել է այդ ոլորտում ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի հետ համագործակցությունը և այդ համատեքստում անդրադարձել Իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի մագիստրոսական ծրագրերի վերանայման հնարավորությանը: Աննա Վարդապետյանը, մասնավորապես, առաջարկել է կիրառել լսարանում պրակտիկ մասնագետի և տեսաբանի համակցված աշխատանքի ձևաչափը՝ շեշտը դնելով մինչդատական և դատական փուլերում դատախազական աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ հմտությունների, այդ թվում՝ փաստաթղթերի հետ աշխատանքի հմտությունների վրա: 

Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ, ԵՊՀ սահմանադրական իրավունքի ամբիոնի դոցենտ Անահիտ Մանասյանն իր ելույթում, ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, ներկայացրել է դատախազների կրթության բարեփոխումների՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կողմից մշակվող հայեցակարգը, ինչպես նաև Դատախազության «Օրինականություն» գիտագործնական պարբերականի բարեփոխումների աշխատանքները՝ ընդգծելով, որ փոխվել են ոչ միայն տպագրվող հոդվածին ներկայացվող պահանջները, այլ նաև խմբագրական խորհրդի կազմը. այն ներկայում կազմված է միջազգային հեղինակավոր իրավաբաններից:

Գիտխորհրդի նիստում քննարկվել է նաև Դատախազության և ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի միջև Փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի ստորագրման հեռանկարը, ինչպես նաև անդրադարձ է կատարվել 2023 թվականի ընթացքում՝ Հայաստանի դատախազության 105-ամյակի կապակցությամբ, համատեղ միջոցառումների կազմակերպման հնարավորությանը:
