Ավտոմեքենաների՝ ԵԱՏՄ ապրանքի կարգավիճակի մասով տեղեկատվություն ստանալու համար պետք չէ դիմել ՊԵԿ-ին

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն տեղեկացնում է, որ քաղաքացիների կողմից դեռևս շարունակվում են ՀՀ ՊԵԿ ներկայացվել ավտոմեքենաների՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ապրանքի կարգավիճակի պարզաբանման վերաբերյալ դիմումներ․ 2023 թվականի սկզբից մուտքագրվել է մոտ 5500 դիմում։

Նշված բոլոր դիմումներին միասնական եղանակով պատասխանելու նպատակով Կոմիտեն ևս մեկ անգամ հայտնում է՝ համաձայն «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մասին» 2014 թվականի մայիսի 29-ի պայմանագրին միանալու մասին» պայմանագրի 3-րդ հավելվածի 12, 13, 30, 31 և 37 կետերի, ինչպես նաև 4-րդ հավելվածի՝ երրորդ երկրներից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ազատ շրջանառության նպատակով ներմուծված ԵԱՏՄ ԱՏԳ ԱԱ 8702, 8703, 870421 և 870431 ծածկագրերին դասվող տրանսպորտային միջոցները, որոնց համար մաքսատուրքերը, հարկերը վճարվել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության դրույքաչափերից տարբերվող դրույքաչափերով, 2023թ. հունվարի 1-ից ձեռք են բերել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ապրանքի կարգավիճակ։ 
Բացառություն են կազմում միայն 339 տրանսպորտային միջոցները, որոնց հայտարարագրումն իրականացվել է ԵՏՀ խորհրդի 21.02.2020թ. թիվ 20 որոշման և ԵՏՀ խորհրդի 03.04.2020թ. թիվ 49 որոշման համաձայն  (ցանկը կցվում է)։

Նշված 339 տրանսպորտային միջոցները Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ապրանքի կարգավիճակ կստանան 2025թ. ապրիլի 1-ից կամ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միասնական դրույքաչափի տարբերության վճարման դեպքում:
Հետևաբար, Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հիշեցնում է, որ ավտոմեքենաների՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ապրանքի կարգավիճակի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու նպատակով ՀՀ ՊԵԿ դիմում ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտություն այլևս չկա։ Անհրաժեշտ է պարզապես ստուգել տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցի առկայությունը ցանկում։ Եթե տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցն առկա չէ ցանկում, ապա այն ունի Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ապրանքի կարգավիճակ:  

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՊԵԿ պաշտոնական կայքում 2023 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին վերոնշյալ կարգավորումների մասին արդեն իսկ տեղադրվել է ծանուցում։
