Aravot.am-ի տեղեկություններով՝ հունվարի 12-ին Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ Ա. Ավետիսյանը, հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել՝ հայտնելով, որ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին 19.20-ի սահմաններում գտնվելով Գեղարքունիքի մարզի «Կարմիրի» դիրքեր կոչվող վայրում, գումարային հարցերի շուրջ զանգահարել է Արագածոտնի մարզպետի տեղակալ Էդգար Փարվանյանին։ Հեռախոսազրույցի ժամանակ, ըստ հաղորդման, Փարվանյանն իրեն հայհոյել և սպառնացել է, որ կսպանի: Կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ՔԿ Արագածոտնի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

Կայքին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ավետիսյանը զինվորական է, վերջին տարիներին ընտանիքով բնակվում է Երեւանում:

Էդգար Փարվանյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ ճանաչում է նշված անձին, սակայն նրա հետ գումարային հարցեր չունի. «Իհարկե, ճանաչում եմ, բայց ձեր կողմից հիշատակված նման դեպքեր, արտահայտություններ չեն եղել: Արսենն այնքան բաներ է գրում, էնքան սուտ բաներ է ասում: Արսենն ավելի վատ բաներ է ասել: Գումարային հարցեր չկան, նման բան չկա, մենք իրար հետ պարտք ու պահանջ չունենք»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Էդգար Փարվանյանին է վերագրվում նաեւ Ապարան քաղաքի վարչական տարածքում գտնվող 1 հեկտար արոտավայրի վրա ապօրինի արևային կայան կառուցելը, նախկին «Գորգ-Ֆաբրիկայի» շենքի յուրացումը եւ այլն:
