ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահը մասնակցել է ԵՄ/ԵԽ կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրի ամփոփիչ նիստին

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանն այսօր մասնակցել է Եվրոպական միության և Եվրոպայի խորհրդի (ԵՄ/ԵԽ) կողմից իրականացվող՝ «Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի և կանխարգելման ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների հզորացում» ծրագրի համակարգող խորհրդի ամփոփիչ նիստին, որին ներկա էր նաև Երևանում Եվրոպայի խորհրդի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Մարտինա Շմիդտը:

Դեռևս 2019 թվականից մեկնարկած «Գործընկերություն հանուն լավ կառավարման» (ԳԼԿ) ծրագրային ձևաչափի երկրորդ փուլի շրջանակում իրականացվող վերը նշված ծրագրի նպատակն է՝ աջակցել երկրում հակակոռուպցիոն բարեփոխումներին, այդ թվում՝ նպաստել կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման և կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների քննության արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:

Անդրադառնալով հիշյալ ծրագրի և Հայաստանի կողմից հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարության շրջանակում իրականացված միջոցառումներին՝ ԵԽ և ԵՄ ներկայացուցիչներն ընդգծել են, որ այդ համատեքստում նոր ինստիտուցիոնալ մարմինների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների քննությամբ զբաղվող միակ մասնագիտացված մարմնի՝ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի ստեղծումը իրապես հաջողված քայլ էր:

Ողջունելով նիստի մասնակիցներին և շնորհակալություն հայտնելով եվրոպացի գործընկերներին Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ իրականացվող պայքարին աջակցելու համար՝ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանն իր գնահատանքի խոսքն է ուղղել հատկապես ծրագրի այն մասնակիցներին, որոնք աշխատել են նվիրումով և իրենց փորձն ու գիտելիքներն են ներդրել՝ ծրագրով նախատեսված միջոցառումները հնարավորինս արդյունավետ և նպատակային իրագործելու համար:

Միաժամանակ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահը վերահաստատել է եվրոպացի գործընկերների արտահայտած այն դիրքորոշումը, որ Հայաստանում իսկապես առկա է կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարելու քաղաքական կամք, որը դրսևորվում է նաև Կոմիտեի արդյունավետ գործունեության համար անհրաժեշտ հաստիքակազմի համալրմանն ու կառույցի այլ կարողությունների զարգացմանն ուղղված՝ կառավարության օպերատիվ արձագանքով:

Սասուն Խաչատրյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ ԵՄ/ԵԽ հայաստանյան ծրագրի հաջորդ՝ 3-րդ փուլում արդեն Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն առավել ակտիվ ներգրավվածություն կունենա, և եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետ համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում լուրջ առաջընթաց կարձանագրվի կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներում:
