45-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ դստեր ամուսնու սպանության կասկածանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզում 45-ամյա տղամարդու կողմից դստեր ամուսնու սպանության դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքից։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2023 թվականի փետրվարի 28-ին՝ ժամը 17։00-ի սահմաններում, Կոտայքի մարզի 45-ամյա բնակիչը «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով գնացել է  Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղ, որտեղ ընտանեկան հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է իր դստեր 30-ամյա ամուսնու հետ: Վիճաբանության ընթացքում 45-ամյա տղամարդն իր հետ նախապես վերցրած որսորդական հրացանով կրակել է 30-ամյա տղամարդու ուղղությամբ՝ կյանքից ապօրինի զրկելով նրան, ապա դիմել է փախուստի։ Սակայն ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից, դեպքի վայրի հարակից տարածքում տղամարդը հայտնաբերվել է և տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության բաժին։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 336-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում կատարված՝ 45-ամյա տղամարդու անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է որսորդական հրացանի համար նախատեսված 6 փամփուշտ: Առգրավվել են դեպքի պահին վերջինիս հագին եղած հագուստները:

Հարցաքննվել են բազմաթիվ անձինք, նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատաձգաբանական, դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

45-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է՝ հանցանք կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով:

Ծանուցում. հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
