ԱՊԼ խորհրդի՝ նախարարական  նիստի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Կահիրեում մարտի 8-ին հանդիպել է Հորդանանի Հաշիմյան Թագավորության փոխվարչապետ, ԱԳ և սփյուռքի հարցերով նախարար Այման Ալ-Սաֆադիին։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից։

ԱԳ նախարարները քննարկել են հայ-հորդանանյան երկկողմ օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր, մտքեր են փոխանակել տարբեր բնագավառներում փոխշահավետ համագործակցության զարգացման հեռանկարների շուրջ: 

Արարատ Միրզոյանը և Այման Ալ-Սաֆադին անդրադարձել են քաղաքական երկխոսության ընդլայնմանն առնչվող հարցերի՝ կարևորելով բարձրաստիճան փոխայցերն ու միջազգային հարթակներում ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը: 

Հանդիպման օրակարգում են եղել նաև տարածաշրջանային և միջազգային անվտանգության հարցեր։

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը հորդանանցի իր գործընկերոջն է ներկայացրել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման, տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն և կայունություն հաստատելու ուղղությամբ հայկական կողմի ջանքերը: Երկուստեք ընդգծվել է առկա հակամարտությունները բացառապես բանակցությունների և երկխոսության միջոցով կարգավորելու կարևորությունը:

Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված անվտանգային իրավիճակի և առկա մարտահրավերների համատեքստում նախարար Միրզոյանն անթույլատրելի է համարել Ադրբեջանի կողմից կրոնական գործոնի շահարկումները, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի ու արաբական աշխարհի միջև ավանդական ջերմ հարաբերությունները խաթարելու անհիմն փորձերը: 

Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակմանը՝ նախարար Միրզոյանը շեշտել է  դրա հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված հումանիտար իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման և միջանցքը 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության դրույթներին համապատասխան վերաբացելու հրամայականը:
