Ազգային ժողովի «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը Բահրեյնում անցկացվող Միջխորհրդարանական միության 146-րդ վեհաժողովում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունների հանդիպմանը խոսել է Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքների օկուպացիայի պարագայում ՀԱՊԿ անգործության մասին:

«2021 թվականի մայիսին և նոյեմբերին, ինչպես նաև անցյալ տարվա սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանը լայնածավալ զինված ագրեսիա ձեռնարկեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ, որի արդյունքում Հայաստանի սուվերեն տարածքներից մոտ 150 քառ. կմ օկուպացված է: Այս իրավիճակում Հայաստանի համար կարևոր էր ՀԱՊԿ գործընկերների ռազմական և քաղաքական աջակցությունը։ Ցավում ենք, որ մեր կազմակերպությունը (ՀԱՊԿ) դեռևս չունի հստակ քաղաքական գնահատական, որ հարձակում է կատարվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն սահմանի վրա և, որ Ադրբեջանը օկուպացրել է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրի տարածքները», - ասել է նա:

Խոսելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հումանիտար ճգնաժամի և անվտանգության հետ կապված հարցերից՝  ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորը նշել է՝  չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այս տարվա փետրվարին Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանը Ադրբեջանին պարտավորեցրել է ապահովել Լաչինի միջանցքով անխափան տեղաշարժը, որը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ կապող միակ ճանապարհն է, ադրբեջանական կողմը անհրաժեշտ քայլեր չի ձեռնարկել՝ իրականացնելու համար դատարանի որոշումը։

«Երեք ամիս` Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակմանը և հումանիտար աղետի ստեղծմանը զուգահեռ, Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ահաբեկել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնիկ հայ բնակչությանը։ Ադրբեջանական զինուժը պարբերաբար խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Օրերս կրակել են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի խաղաղ բնակիչի վրա, ով գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքներ էր կատարում, իսկ մարտի 5-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացված դիվերսիոն հարձակման արդյունքում զոհվեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ՆԳՆ երեք ոստիկան, ևս մեկ սպա վիրավորվեց», - ընդգծել է նա:

Հասմիկ Հակոբյանը ներկաներին կոչ է արել դատապարտել Ադրբեջանի կողմից ուժի կիրառումը, ինչպես նաև լայնածավալ ռազմական գործողության սադրիչ դրսևորումները:
