Մենք ապրում ենք մի պատմական իրողության մեջ, որտեղ Արցախը պահանջում ա Հայաստանի իշխանությունից կասկածի տակ չդնել իրենց ինքնորոշման իրավունքը։ Այսինքն չդավաճանել այն, ինչ 30 տարի պաշտպանել ենք։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքում գրել է ադրբեջանագետ Անժելա Էլիբեկովան.

«Պարզ ասած, չհանձնել Արցախը Ադրբեջանին։ Ու պահանջում ա նիկոլի ասուլիսից առաջ։ Այսինքն Արցախում տեղյակ են, ինչ ա նիկոլը բանակցում թշնամու հետ։ Ու ինչ ա սպասվում 120 հազար հային այդ բանակցությունների արդյունքում։

Այսինքն, նիկոլը մի կողմից ասում ա, որ այլևս Արցախի համար պատասխանատու չի, շրջափակումը, մարդկանց ֆիզիկական անվտանգությունը, կյանքի իրավունքը ու հումանիտար աղետը իր խնդիրները չեն, ինքնուրույն պիտի լուծեն, ոնց կարող են։ Մյուս կողմից կասկածի տակ դնելով արցախցիների ինքնորոշման իրավունքը օգնում է թշնամուն կոտրել դիմադրությունը և ցույց է տալիս, որ թիկունքում էլ չկա Հայաստան, որը կներկայացնի և կպաշտպանի իրենց պահանջները։

Բոլորի համար պարզ է, որ թողնելով 120 հազար հայի 7 մլն թշնամու դեմ միայնակ պայքարելու, բացասական հետևանքները անխուսափելի են դարձնում։ Կառավարությունում էլ դա գիտեն ու գիտակցված են անում։

Չի կարող Արցախի ինքնորոշման հարցը դուրս բերվել հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցություններից, որովհետև այդ հարցը հիմքն ա երկու պետությունների միջև խնդիրների։ Հնարավոր չի ուղղակի ջնջել Արցախի հարցը խաղաղության պայմանագրից ու ակնկալել, որ մնացած խնդիրները դրանով կլուծվեն։ Կառավարությունում դա գիտակցում են ու գիտակցված փորձում են ջնջել։

Վաղը այն, ինչ տեղի ա ունենում Արցախում, տեղափոխվելու ա արդեն Հայաստանի տարածք։ Մասամբ արդեն տեղափոխվել ա Սյունիքում, Գեղարքունիքում, Ջերմուկում ու իշխանությունը ոչինչ չի անում դիմադրելու համար։ Նույնիսկ բանակին ուղղված գումարը չի ծախսում, որ մարտունակությունը վերականգնի։ Փոխարենը արագ բարձրացնում ա սեփական կենսամակարդակը, որ հասցնի մաքսիմալ քամի բյուջեն։
Իսկ մենք նստած ծառի տակ, նկարում ենք եսիմ ինչ»։
