ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանը գրում է․

«Ադրբեջանական զինուժի և ծանր տեխնիկայի կուտակումներ Հայաստանի և Արցախի սահմաններին, պատերազմի լրջագույն վտանգ և սպառնալիք կա․ ՀՐԱՏԱՊ գրություններ եմ ուղարկել միջազգային բոլոր գործընկերներիս։
 
Ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Արցախում շփման գծի ողջ երկայնքով նկատվում է ադրբեջանական զինուժի, ծանր տեխնիկայի տեղաշարժ․ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի բնակիչների համար է անգամ այն տեսանելի:
Հրատապ գրություններով դիմել եմ միջազգային բոլոր գործընկերներիս՝ ահազանգելով Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարածաշրջանում հարաբերական կայունության լրջագույն սպառնալիքների, Ադրբեջանի տարածքային նկրտումների մասին, որն արտահայտվում է թե Ալիևի ծավալապաշտական հռետորաբանությամբ, երբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածքն անվանում է «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան», իսկ Արցախը՝ «Ադրբեջան», թե արդեն շուրջ 100 օր Արցախի շրջափակմամբ՝ հումանիտար աղետի ծանրագույն հետևանքներով, և թե Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, ինչպես նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության շփման գծերի ողջ երկայնքով ադրբեջանական զինուժի կուտակած ծանր տեխնիկայով։
 
Ադրբեջանի ագրեսիայի և ցեղասպան քաղաքականության շարունակականությանն են ծառայում միջազգային հանրության կողմից համապատասխան գործողությունների ձեռնարկման բացակայությունը կամ սին դատապարտումները:
 
Փաստ է այն, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն կոպտագույնս խախտում է միջազգային իրավունքի մի շարք սկզբունքներ, այլև չի կատարում Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի պահանջը, այն է՝ երաշխավորել Բերձորի միջանցքով երկու ուղղություններով քաղաքացիների, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և բեռների անխափան տեղաշարժը։
Միջազգային գործընկերներից խնդրել եմ գործուն և կանխարգելիչ քայլերի իրականացում՝ նպաստելու Ադրբեջանի կողմից պլանավորված հնարավոր էսկալացիայի կանխմանը, թույլ չտալու հայերի նկատմամբ նոր ցեղասպանության իրագործումը:
 
Հ.Գ. Հուսամ՝ ՀՀ սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով տեղակայված ԵՄ դիտորդները և Արցախի սահմանները հսկող ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմը տեղում իրավիճակը ճիշտ կգնահատեն՝ դրանից բխող պատժիչ հետևանքներով:
