«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանը խուսափում է թիմակիցների ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումներից: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Թորոսյանը չի մասնակցել ՔՊ վարչության վերջին նիստին, որը երեքշաբթի՝ մարտի 21-ին է տեղի ունեցել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նույն օրը ԱԺ-ում նախատեսված էր նաեւ ՄԻՊ թեկնածու Անահիտ Մանասյանի եւ ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորների հանդիպումը: Թորոսյանը, սակայն, այս հանդիպմանն էլ չի մասնակցել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ՔՊ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արուսյակ Մանավազյանը հաստատեց, որ Արսեն Թորոսյանը չի մասնակցել վարչության վերջին նիստին, պատճառների մասին, սակայն, նա չցանկացավ խոսել. «Վարչության նիստին չի եղել, բայց պատճառը որքանո՞վ է էական։ Նախ՝ միայն ինքը չէ, որ բացակա է եղել։ Պատգամավորները մասնակցել են խմբակցության նիստին, նաեւ այդ օրը եղել է վարչության նիստ, իսկ նիստերին բացականեր լինում են. մեկը գործուղման է լինում, կարող է նույն օրը ֆրակցիայում նիստ լինի»,-ասաց Մանավազյանը:

Մեր տեղեկություններով, սակայն, Արսեն Թորոսյանն այդ օրը խմբակցության նիստին էլ չի մասնակցել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ խնդիրն այն է, որ իրավապահ համակարգը վերջերս Փաշինյանին այնպիսի փաստեր է ներկայացրել Թորոսյանի մասով, որոնք, ըստ էության, ապացուցել են իր առնչությունը առողջապահության ոլորտում իր պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ թույլ տված կոռուպցիոն չարաշահումների գործում: Այս առիթով «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը փորձեց մեկնաբանություն ստանալ նաեւ Թորոսյանից, սակայն վերջինս, լսելով որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթից է, հարցը նույնիսկ չլսեց մինչեւ վերջ՝ ասելով, որ չի ցանկանում խոսել:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը բազմիցս է գրել, որ կոռուպցիոն այդ բացահայտումներից հետո Փաշինյանի ու Թորոսյանի հարաբերությունները լարվել են։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խիստ է տրամադրված այս հարցում, ՔՊ-ականներին ասել է, որ սպասում է նախաքննության ավարտին, որից հետո որոշում կկայացնի Թորոսյանի մասով»:
