Մոսկվան ակնկալում է, որ ՀԱՊԿ մյուս անդամների հետ Երևանի փոխգործակցության բնույթի վերաբերյալ վնասակար քննարկումները կդադարեն, և այդ կապակցությամբ ծագած հարցերը կառուցողական լուծում կստանան։ Այս մասին չորեքշաբթի օրը հայտարարել է ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Հուսով ենք, որ «ով որտեղից է գալիս» թեմայով վնասակար քննարկումները կդադարեն, և ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում Երևանի հետ փոխգործակցության բոլոր հարցերը, այդ թվում՝ կազմակերպության դիտորդական առաքելության տեղակայումը Հայաստանի տարածքում, կլուծվեն կառուցողական և փոխշահավետ ձևով»,- ասել է նա RTVI-ին տված հարցազրույցում։

ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարը նաև նշել է, որ հայկական կողմի բոլոր մտահոգությունները քննարկվում են ՀԱՊԿ-ում գոյություն ունեցող փոխգործակցության ձևաչափերի շրջանակներում՝ սկսած Մշտական ​​խորհրդի նիստերից մինչև Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհուրդ, որը հանդիսանում է ՀԱՊԿ բարձրագույն մարմինը։ «Մեր կողմից վերահաստատում ենք մեր պատրաստակամությունը՝ Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման շահերից ելնելով՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին ՀԱՊԿ առաքելություն տեղակայելու ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի համապատասխան որոշման նախագծով նախատեսված աջակցության այլ միջոցներ»,-ասել է նա։

Գալուզինի խոսքով՝ կազմակերպությունը սկսել է ինտենսիվ գործընթաց՝ իրագործելու այն որոշումները, որոնք ընդունվել են անցյալ տարի ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների հանդիպումների ժամանակ։ «Մեծ մասամբ Հայաստանի նախագահության շնորհիվ շատ բան է արվել մեր հավաքական անվտանգության մարտահրավերներն ու սպառնալիքները ետ մղելու ՀԱՊԿ կարողությունների ամրապնդման համար: Կցանկանայի ընդգծել, որ ձեռք բերված արդյունքները հնարավոր չէին լինի առանց համակարգված, արդյունավետ և բոլոր անդամ երկրների շահագրգիռ աշխատանքի»,- հավելել է դիվանագետը։
