Ադրբեջանն ավելի է սրում իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում․ Փաշինյան

Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն շարունակել է Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումը, այլև վերջին օրերին հերթական ներխուժումն է իրականացրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտի։

Կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ այս մասին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։    

«Նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին կապող Լաչինի միջանցքի շուրջ զարգացումները հետևյալն են․ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն շարունակելու է Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումը, այլև հերթական ներխուժումն է իրականացրել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտի։  Ներխուժման փաստը արձանագրել է նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարությունը պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությամբ, որի մեջ ,մասնավորապես, ասվում է․ « 2023 թվականի մարտի 25-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժումները խախտելով 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության առաջին կետը՝ Շուշիի շրջանում հատել են շփման գիծը և զբաղեցրել 2054 բարձունքը և սկսել ինժեներական աշխատանքներ։ Ադրբեջանական կողմին է ներկայացվել եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների կատարման անհրաժեշտության, ինժեներական աշխատանքները դադարեցնելու և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումները նախնական դիրքեր վերադարձնելու մասին պահանջ»։

Այսպիսով  կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն չի կատարում Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի սույն թվականի փետրվարի 22-ին կայացրած որոշումը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակումը վերացնելու մասին, այլև ավելի է սրում իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նաև ներքին տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունը արգելափակելուն ուղղված քայլեր ձեռնարկելով։ 2054 բարձունքից ադրբեջանական կողմը ուղիղ դիտարկման տակ է վերցրել Ստեփանակերտը, Հին Շեն, Մեծ Շեն և մի քանի այլ գյուղերի հետ կապող գրունտային ճանապարհը»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը սա բացատրում է, իբր թե Հայաստանից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ ռազմական բեռների և անձնակազմի տեղափոխումներով։

«Սա բացարձակապես իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկատվություն է, բայց եթե միայն այսպես լիներ, գուցե խնդիրը արժանի չլիներ հատուկ ուշադրության։ Ռազմական փոխադրումների մասին տեղեկատվությունը պրոպագանդիստական սուտ է, որի նպատակը հնարավոր էսկալացիայի լեգիտիմացում ստեղծելն է»,- եզրափակեց վարչապետը։
