Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչության Մեղրիի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի աշխատակիցները բացահայտել են թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի տեղափոխման հերթական դեպքը։ Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Օրերս Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ժամանած Իրանի քաղաքացու վարքագիծը մաքսային ծառայողների մոտ կասկածի տեղիք է տվել:

Մեղրիի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի ծառայողների կողմից նշված քաղաքացու ուղեբեռի նկատմամբ իրականացված մանրակրկիտ հսկողության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ճամպրուկում ի թիվս այլ ապրանքների՝ առկա է 3 հատ խոնավ սրբիչ, ինչն էլ ավելի է խորացրել կասկածները։

ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության Սյունիքի տարածաշրջանային բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված հետագա հսկողության արդյունքում պարզվել  է, որ հիշյալ սրբիչները ներծծված են մեթադոն տեսակի թմրանյութով։  

Հարկ է նշել, որ այս եղանակով թմրամիջոցների տեղափոխումը զգալիորեն  բարդացնում է մաքսային մարմինների կողմից դրանց հայտնաբերումը:  Տեքստիլ արտադրանքի մեջ ներծծված թմրամիջոցները մաքսանենգների կողմից հիմնականում փոխադրվում են  ճամպրուկներով, ուր  առկա են լինում նաև  բազմաթիվ անձնական օգտագործման իրեր և հագուստ։

Հայտնաբերված դեպքի կապակցությամբ նախապատրաստված նյութերն ուղարկվել են  Քննչական կոմիտե, որտեղ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 399-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:  Մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցման եղանակով ՀՀ պետական սահմանով ապօրինի եղանակով թմրանյութ տեղափոխած ԻԻՀ քաղաքացի Մ․Զ․-ն ձերբակալվել է։

Ծանուցում. Հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի՝ օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
