Այսօր Հայաստանի ազգային հերոս, ականավոր պետական ու քաղաքական գործիչ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի ծննդյան օրն է:

Կարեն Դեմիրճյանը խոսքի ու խոստման արժեքն իմացող, գործի մարդ էր, բացառիկ օրինակ, թե ինչպես սիրել երկիրը և նվիրվել նրան...

Մարդիկ սիրում ու գնահատում էին Կարեն Դեմիրճյանին, վստահում և հարգում արժանապատիվ կեցվածքի և խոսքի տերը լինելու, իր երկրի շահը միշտ բարձր դասելու, մարդու մեջ հենց մարդուն տեսնելու համար։

Տարիների ընթացքում բազմաթիվ անմոռաց  հանդիպումներ ու զրուցներ եմ ունեցել Կարեն Դեմիճյանի հետ, որոնց մասին  ջերմ հիշողություններ ունեմ։
