«Ո՛Չ Արցախի էթնիկ զտմանը» պահանջագրի և ստորագրահավաքի նախաձեռնող խմբի աջակիցները վաղը՝ մայիսի 12-ին, Արցախի Հանրապետությունում կազմակերպված ստորագրահավաքի թղթային տարբերակների պատճենները հանձնելու են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպանատներին, ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակին, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ կառավարությանը:

Արցախի մի խումբ երիտասարդների նախաձեռնած պահանջագրով կոչ է արվում ապահովել 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթների, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի 2021թ-իդեկտեմբերի 7-ի, 2023թ-իփետրվարի 22-իևՄարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի 2020-2022թթ. որոշումների կատարումը և դադարեցնել Արցախում Ադրբեջանի էթնիկ զտման ու ցեղասպանական քաղաքականությունը:

Մայիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 14.00-ին,նախաձեռնող խմբի աջակիցները կլինեն Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան, ժամը 15.00-ին՝ Հայաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանատան, ժամը 15․30-ին՝Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպանատան, ժամը 16.00-ին՝ՄԱԿ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի և 16.30-ին՝ՀՀ կառավարության շենքի մոտ և կփոխանցեն ստորագրությունների պատճենները:

«Սա, սակայն, չի նշանակում, որ մենք դադարեցնում ենք ստորագրահավաքը,  սա պարզապես առաջին փուլի ամփոփումն է: 1994թ.   այս օրը՝ մայիսի 12-ին,  ուժի մեջ է մտել կրակի և ռազմական գործողությունների դադարեցման մասին համաձայնագիրը, և դրանից29 տարի անց մենք ևս մեկ անգամ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում Արցախի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի վրա՝ ցույց տալով, որ արդեն 150 օրից ավելի գտնվում ենք ծանր շրջափակման մեջ  և  պահանջում ենք միջազգային հանրությունից ապահովել նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ փաստաթղթի և միջազգային դատարանների որոշումների կատարումը: Մենքշնորհակալ ենք Երևանում գտնվող մեր աջակիցներին, որ Արցախում կազմակերպված օֆլայն ստորագրությունների պատճենները մեր անունից փոխանցում են հասցեատերերին»,-ասում է «Ո՛Չ Արցախի էթնիկ զտմանը» պահանջագրի և ստորագրահավաքի նախաձեռնող խմբի անդամ Արշակ Աբրահամյանը:
