Հայ-ռուսական համալսարանի ռեկտորի ընտրությունները չեն կարող լեգիտիմ ճանաչվել բազմաթիվ ընթացակարգային խախտումների պատճառով: Այս մասին ասվում է Ռուսաստանի կրթության փոխնախարար Կոնստանտին Մոգիլևսկու նամակում:

Հայտնում է Sputnik Արմենիան։

Այնտեղ նշված է, որ մայիսի 12-ին տեղի ունեցած ընտրությունները չեն կարող լեգիտիմ համարվել, քանի որ դրանց կազմակերպման և անցկացման ժամանակ խախտվել է ընտրությունների կազմակերպման և անցկացման ընթացակարգը: Խախտումները, մասնավորապես, վերաբերում են թեկնածուների կողմից նախընտրական ծրագրի ներկայացման ժամկետներին։

ՀՌՀ գործող ռեկտոր Արմեն Դարբինյանի լիազորությունների ավարտի կապակցությամբ և անցումային շրջանում համալսարանի բնականոն գործունեության պահպանման նպատակով Ռուսաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը նախատեսում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության հետ համատեղ համալսարանի ռեկտորի պարտականությունների կատարումը դնել համաձայնեցված թեկնածուի վրա:

«Ճիշտ ենք համարում, որ նշված թեկնածությունը ներկայացնի ՀՌՀ գործող ղեկավարությունը», – նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:

Ռուսաստանի կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը նպատակաուղղված է Հայ-ռուսական համալսարանի հետագա զարգացմանը, գործում է ի շահ ՀՌՀ կոլեկտիվի, գնահատում է համալսարանի ձեռք բերած արդյունքները և հույս ունի, որ դրա ապագայի համար պատասխանատվությունը թույլ կտա հաղթահարել այս կարևոր շրջանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ կայացած քվեարկության ժամանակ համալսարանի կոլեկտիվը որպես ռեկտոր է ընտրել ՀՌՀ տնտեսագիտության և բիզնեսի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Էդվարդ Սանդոյանին: Մեկ այլ թեկնածու՝ համալսարանի գիտության գծով պրոռեկտոր, փիլիսոփայության գիտությունների դոկտոր Պարգև Ավետիսյանն ինքնաբացարկ է հայտնել:
