Օրեր անց ՄԱՅԻՍ 28-ն է: Հայոց պետության վերականգնման նվիրական օրը, երբ Հայոց Եկեղեցու փայփայած ու պահպանված Հայոց պետականությունը փոխանցվեց, հիրավի, պետական գործիչներին՝ ի դեմս Արամ Մանուկյանի և մյուս անձնվեր այրերի:

Հայոց Եկեղեցու Գերագույն հոգևոր խորհրդի հայտարարությունն ամեն հայ քրիստոնյայի համար անվերապահ պատգամ է և առաքելություն: Արդ, այժմ է՛ ժամ գործով վկայելու մեր հայ քրիստոնյա լինելը, մեր պատկանելությունը մեր հարազատ, Ազգային Սուրբ Եկեղեցուն:

Քաղաքական դեմքեր և կուսակցություններ, դուք բոլորդ, որ այսքան ժամանակ չէիք կողմնորոշվում և նպատակային գործում՝ այլևս Արեգակի լույսից առավել ճառագայթեց ճշմարտությունը. Ձեր Ազգային Եկեղեցին Ձեզ վերստին հիշեցրեց Հայաստան պետության գոյությունը, Անկախության հռչակագիրը, Սահմանադրությունը, ազգային նպատակը և ծրագիրը:

Արդ, դուրս եկեք ստվերներից, էկրաններից, միավորվեցեք և գործեցեք՝ համաձայն սահմանադրական կարգի և իրավունքների:

Կամ կաք՝ որպես պետական-քաղաքական այրեր, կամ ի լուր համայն հայության հայտարարեցեք, որ ի զորու չեք առաջնորդելու, և Ազգն էլ կիմանա ինչպես պահպանի Հայրենիքը և ազգային նվիրական արժեքները, իղձերը, տեսլականը:
