Արցախի շրջափակման պայմաններում կառավարությունն աշխատում է խիստ ծանրաբեռնված պայմաններում, անընդհատ միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում առկա խնդիրները լուծելու և նոր խնդիրների ձևավորումը կանխելու ուղղությամբ: Բայց այդ ամենին զուգահեռ ձգտում ենք մշտապես ուշադրության և հոգատարության ներքո պահել այն անձանց, ովքեր իրենց ամենաթանկն են նվիրաբերել Արցախին ու համայն հայությանը: Այս մասին գրում է Արցախի պետնախարար Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը։

«Երեկ հանդիպել եմ զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողների հետ: Նմանատիպ ցանկացած հանդիպման ժամանակ, երբ ակնկալում եմ լսել նրանց ու նրանց ընտանիքների առաջ ծառացած խնդիրները, հանդիպում եմ հակառակին՝ բացառապես հայրենիքի, մեր անվտանգության և Արցախի ժողովրդին հուզող հարցերի շուրջ մտահոգությունների և լսում առկա խնդիրները լուծելու ողջախոհ առաջարկություններ։

Ամեն դեպքում նմանատիպ հանդիպումները փորձ է արվում առավելագույնս ծառայեցնել նաև այն խնդիրները վերհանելու գործին, որոնք հավելյալ դժվարություններ են ստեղծում զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատների համար: Այս հանդիպումը նույնպես բացառություն չէր, որից անմիջապես հետո պետական առանձին մարմինների տրվել են մի շարք խնդիրներ սեղմ ժամկետում կարգավորելու հանձնարարականներ:

Մենք միմյանց ըստ արժանվույնս ճանաչելու, գնահատելու և արժևորելու լրջագույն կարիք ունենք»:
