«Ռամկավար ազատական կուսակցության հարգելի ղեկավարներ և ներկայացուցիչներ, Ողջունում եմ Երևանում ՌԱԿ 29-րդ հերթական համագումարի անցկացումը և հույս հայտնում, որ այն նոր ազդակ կհաղորդի կուսակցության հետագա գործունեությանը ինչպես Հայրենիքում, այնպես էլ Սփյուռքում:

Կուսակցությունն իր մեկդարյա գործունեությամբ ծառայել է մեր ժողովրդին և Հայրենիքին՝ հանդիսանալով հայությանը ոգեշնչող, կարևոր ազգային խնդիրների լուծման, Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման, հայության ներգաղթի կազմակերպման և այլ համազգային խնդիրների լուծման կարևոր կազմակերպություններից մեկը:

Ավանդական այս կուսակցությունը մշտապես կարևոր դերակատարում է ունեցել համահայկական նշանակություն ունեցող գործընթացներում, իր պատմությամբ ու անցած ճանապարհով՝ ապացուցել կենսունակությունը:

Բարձր գնահատանքի է արժանի դերը Սփյուռքում քաղաքական ու հասարակական կյանքի կազմակերպման մեջ:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությունն այսօր էլ զգում է ՌԱԿ աջակցությունն ու զորակցությունը՝ հայության և Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած կարևոր խնդիրների լուծման, ազգային ինքնության և լեզվի պահպանման, Մայր Հայրենիքի հետ կապերի ամրապնդման և այլ հարցերի լուծման գործում:

Մենք շահագրգիռ ենք կուսակցության շարունակական զարգացմամբ՝ միտված մեր երկրի և ժողովրդի միասնականության, ազատության ու պետականության ամրապնդմանը:

Հարգելի գործընկերներ, Վստահ եմ, որ ՌԱԿ-ն առաջիկայում առավել ակտիվ կշարունակի իր քաղաքական գործունեությունը՝ ի նպաստ մեր ժողովրդի առջև ծառացած խնդիրների ու մարտահրավերների հաղթահարման և առաջընթացի:

Մաղթում եմ համագումարի մասնակիցներին արդյունավետ քննարկումներ և հաջողություններ»:
