Մայիսի 29-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հանդիպել է Արգենտինայի Սենատի և Պատգամավորների պալատի անդամներից բաղկացած խորհրդարանական պատվիրակության հետ, որը ղեկավարում էր Հայաստան-Արգենտինա բարեկամական խմբի նախագահ Գիժերմո Անդրադան:

Զրուցակիցները գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել են երկու երկրների միջև ակտիվացող փոխգործակցությունը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել նպաստել քաղաքական երկխոսության խորացման դրական դինամիկային: Երկուստեք ընգծվել է, որ 31 տարվա դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների պատմության մեջ բարեկամական խմբի առաջին այս այցը կարող է նոր խթան հաղորդել տարբեր ոլորտներում հարաբերությունների հետագա ակտիվացմանը: Զրուցակիցները կարևորել են նաև Արգենտինայի հայ համայնքի դերը երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունների հետագա ամրապնդման գործում։

Քննարկվել են տարածաշրջանային կայունության և անվտանգության հարցեր: Երախտագիտություն հայտնելով ՀՀ համար առանցքային նշանակության հարցերում Արգենտինայի օրենսդիր մարմնի կողմից արտահայտված սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումների համար՝ նախարար Միրզոյանն ընդգծել է միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից շարունակական հետևողական քայլերի կարևորությունը: Երկուստեք կարևորվել է Լաչինի միջանցքի արգելափակման հետևանքով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ստեղծված հումանիտար խնդիրների հանգուցալուծումը:

Վերահաստատելով տարածաշրջանում երկարատև խաղաղություն հաստատելու հարցում հայկական կողմի հանձնառությունը՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը շեշտել է, որ այդ ուղղությամբ առաջընթաց գրանցելու հարցում խիստ կարևոր է Ադրբեջանի կողմից իր պարտավորությունների կատարումը, ՀՀ տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ բացահայտ սպառնալիքներ պարունակող ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանությունից հրաժարվելու անհրաժեշտությունը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի իրավունքների ու անվտանգության հարցերի հասցեագրումը:
