Հայաստանում ընդհանուր օգտագործման ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհներից օգտվելու կարգի խախտման, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքները վնասելու համար կիրառվող տուգանքների չափերը նախատեսվում է բարձրացվել:

Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթն ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նիստում ներկայացրեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի տեղակալ Քրիստինե Ղալեչյանը:

«Նախագծերը նպատակ ունեն նախևառաջ կանխարգելել ճանապարհների, ճանապարհային ինժեներական կառույցների վնասման, ինչպես նաև ճանապարհներից օգտվելու կարգի խախտման վերաբերյալ դեպքերը և նշված իրավախախտումների համար խստացնել օրենսդրությամբ նախատեսված պատասխանատվության միջոցները»,-ասաց Ղալեչյանը:

Ընդհանուր օգտագործման ավտոմոբիլային ճանապարհներից օգտվելու կարգի խախտման, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքները վնասելու համար կիրառվող տույժերը, տուգանքները սահմանվել են դեռևս 2006 թվականից: Սակայն նախարարությունը, նկատի ունենալով նշված իրավախախտումների բնույթը, տարածված լինելը, գնահատում է, որ ներկայումս դրանք կորցրել են արդիականությունը և վերանայման կարիք ունեն: Պատասխանատվության միջոցների սահման նպատակն է կանխել նոր իրավախախտումներ կատարելը:

Նախարարության կատարած վերլուծությունները ցույց են տվել, որ վերջին 3 տարիներին միայն միջպետական, հանրապետական նշանակության ճանապարհներից գողացվել, վնասվել են շուրջ 661 ճանապարհային նշան և 678 գծամետր արգելափակոց:

«Նախագծով առաջարկվում է երկու հոդվածներում եռապատկել նախատեսված տուգանքների չափը»,-նշեց փոխնախարարը:
