Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չափազանց գրավիչ է համարում արհեստական բանականության ապագան՝ կարևորելով, սակայն, որ հաշվի առնվեն էթիկական հետևանքները և ապահովվի արհեստական բանականության՝ օգտակար ու պատասխանատու կերպով մշակումն ու օգտագործումը, այս մասին հայտարարեց Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Եվրասիական կոնգրեսին իր ելույթում:

Փաշինյանի գնահատմամբ՝ համաշխարհային մակարդակով հավասար տնտեսական մրցակցության ապահովման առանցքային բաղադրիչը առաջադեմ թվային գործիքների և տեխնոլոգիաների արդյունավետ զարգացումն է։ Ըստ նրա՝ արհեստական բանականությունն արագ զարգացող ոլորտ է, որը կարող է փոխել մարդկային կյանքի շատ ոլորտներ:

«Ըստ փորձագետների կանխատեսման՝ ապագայում արհեստական ​բանականության ալգորիթմները կդառնան ավելի անհատականացված՝ թույլ տալով անհատական ​​նախապատվությունների հիման վրա կարգավորել փորձը և ծառայությունները, ինչպես նաև՝ արհեստական բանականությունը կդառնա ավելի ու ավելի առաջադեմ և ավելի ինտեգրված հասարակության մեջ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, արհեստական բանականության ապագան չափազանց գրավիչ է, սակայն կարևոր է հաշվի առնել էթիկական հետևանքները և ապահովել, որ արհեստական բանականությունը մշակվի և օգտագործվի պատասխանատու և օգտակար կերպով»,-ասաց վարչապետը:

Նա միևնույն ժամանակ կարևորեց չմոռանալ, որ նորարարություններն առաջին հերթին դրանք ստեղծող մարդիկ են, նրանց ստեղծագործական էներգիան և կամքը: Ուստի մեծ նշանակություն ունի մարդկային ներուժի զարգացումը։

«Մենք կարող ենք անվերջ բանավիճել «Ապագայի Եվրասիան» թեմայով, որը շատ հետաքրքիր և բազմակողմանի է, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ, Եվրասիայի ապագան, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, որոշվելու է տնտեսական և տեխնոլոգիական միտումների համադրությամբ, և մեր հաջողությունը կախված կլինի այս մարտահրավերներում ու հնարավորություններում կողմնորոշվելու մեր կարողությունից»,-նշեց վարչապետը:

Ըստ նրա՝ փոխադարձ շահերի ըմբռնումը և փոխզիջումների գնալու պատրաստակամությունը, համագործակցության և երկխոսության նպատակաուղղվածությունը եվրասիական տարածաշրջանի բնորոշ հատկանիշներն են և ապագայում կարող են դառնալ բազմաթիվ հարցերի լուծման բանալին։
