«Սա շատ ցցուն օրինակ է և հաստատում է այն բանը, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները վաղուց ձեռքերը լվացել են Արցախից, ինչի մասին, ցավոք, մենք արդեն խոսում ենք երկու տարի։ Սա լավագույնս ցույց է տալիս, որ այն բոլոր ստերը, որոնք գեներացվում են այսօրվա իշխանությունների կողմից` Արցախին աջակցելու հետ կապված, ոչ մի արժեք չունեն»,-այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Մամիջանյանը` անդրադառնալով Արցախի հակաճգնաժամային խորհրդի նախագահ Տիգրան Պետրոսյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմանը, որտեղ ասվում էր, որ Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նամակով դիմել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։

«ՀՀ-ի դերակատարումը այս ամբողջ գործընթացում օրենքի ուժ ունի։ ՀՀ-ն հանդիսանում է Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը, ՀՀ-ն պարտավոր է լինել Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը, որովհետև, գուցե օրենքով ֆիքսված չէ, բայց ցանկացած հայ, կարծում եմ, գիտակցում է, որ ինչքան Հայաստանն է Արցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորը, այնքան էլ Արցախն է Հայաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավորը` առնվազն աշխարհագրական տեսանկյունից»,-ասաց Մամիջանյանը:

Նրա խոսքով` քանի դեռ Երևանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է իշխանության, Հայաստանը ոչ մի քայլ չի ձեռնարկի, որովհետև, այսպես կոչված պաշտոնական Երևանը, պարզապես չի ցանկանա.

«Բոլոր ուղղություններով` դիվանագիտականից մինչև անվտանգային, Հայաստանը ունի անելիքներ Արցախի հակամարտության համատեքստում, բայց, դրանք բոլորը ձախողել է և շարունակում է ձախողել։ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը, Արցախն ու աշխարհասփյուռ հայությունը մեկ անելիք ունի՝ համախմբվել և Փաշինյանին հեռացնել»,-ասաց պատգամավորն ու հավելեց, որ դրան հաջորդելու է ծանր, տաժանակիր աշխատանք, որը, ինչպես նա է նշում, կբերի հաղթանակների և հաջողության։

«Այն թեզը, որ Փաշինյանի երեսփոխանները և ինքը տարածում են` այսպես կոչված «Խաղաղության պայմանագիրը», իրականում ընդամենը Ադրբեջանի ուլտիմատումները բավարարելու և հերթական կապիտուլիացիան ստորագրելու պայանագիր է։ Այն, որ այլընտրանքը պատերազմն է, պարզապես կեղծ է, այս բանակցային գործընթացի այլընտրանքը նորմալ, հայանպաստ, հայկական երկու պետությունների շահերից բխող բանակցային գործընթացն է»,- ասաց նա։
